Le confort de la chambre, le service sauna et jacuzzi, la localisation et le petit déjeuner ont rendu notre séjour parfait.

Cons:

Il est indiqué sur booking un service spa avec massage, mais en réalité il s’agit d’un service extérieur à l’hôtel qui n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. J’ai dépensé 20€ pour un massage où il n’y avait pas de technique et qui clairement m’a fait plus de mal que de bien. Je conseille vivement à l’hôtel de retirer ces prestations sur booking au risque de décevoir d’autres voyageurs.

Avis très décevant – à éviter !
Lors du check-in, on nous a imposé un paiement en USD, sans aucune justification valable en nous donnant lexcuse que la situation en Bolivie etait tendue.
En refusant, la réceptionniste a appliqué un taux de change totalement abusif (plus de 14 au lieu de 8), ce qui augmentait la facture de plus de 2000 BOB.
Elle a expliqué que le propriétaire, étant européen, l’obligeait à suivre ses « exigences ».
Face à cette pratique malhonnête, nous avons préféré annuler immédiatement notre séjour et avons trouvé un hôtel bien à côté.
Vraiment dommage : un accueil pareil gâche totalement l’expérience.

- Zimmer extrem klein und sehr dunkel, um zu lüften musste man ein kleines Fenster an der Eingangstür aufmachen oder die Eingangstür ganz aufmachen.
- Dusche hat stark gerochen
- neben unserem Zimmer war der Whirlpool, wo Leute bis 22 Uhr es benutzen konnten. Es war extrem laut!!! Sowas geht gar nicht wenn man schlafen möchte.
- Frühstück war na ja, Omelette trotz mehrmaliges hinweisen trotzdem nicht durch! Wurde hinterher erneut in die Pfanne getan und trotzdem nicht durch.
- Restaurant und Bar war bei unserem Aufenthalt nur bis 12 Uhr mittags besetzt. Somit war das einlösen vom Wellcomes Drink etwas schwierig.
- An der Rezeption kennen sich die Mitarbeiter wenig aus und können keine Tips geben, wo man essen kann usw…
- den überzogenen Zimmerpreis mussten wir in Dollars zahlen

L'hôtel est en harmonie avec l'ambiance et l'architecture de la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel au top. Jacuzzi et sauna gratuits en bonus + cocktail de bienvenue pris sur la terrasse au coucher du soleil.
A l'arrivée en debut d'après-midi nous avons pu échanger nos petits-déjeuners du lendemain matin contre un brunch delicieux et réparateur. Nos bagages ont été gardés gratuitement le jour de notre depart.

Gorgeous property, great location with beautifully decorated rooms.
Pros:

Beautiful large rooms with lovely decor and fabulous open style bathrooms. Comfortable bed and warm rooms. Lovely little roof terrace to relax on and beautiful inner covered courtyard restaurant for breakfast. It was great value for the level of comfort.

Cons:

Be aware that you would only want to share a room with your partner or very close family due to open bathroom design.
Staff only spoke Spanish.
Spa area needed to be booked a few hours in advance and when we tried to book a massage they never got back to us.
Coffee machine in room - but without coffee pods and they said they hadn’t any. When I wanted to ask for a coffee from the bar they said only one was included with breakfast and others were chargeable. Gave very small complimentary water on first day - but didn’t refill for 2nd day.
The above are just really small points that could be improved - but overall I would highly recommend the ON hotel and we loved our stay and felt it was a really lovely property.

Pros:

Camera pulita luminosa e bella.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Cibo dalla colazione alla cena ottimo. Posizione perfetta per girare il centro di Sucre.

Cons:

Dato che eravamo in luna di miele sarebbe stato carino ricevere un omaggio di benvenuto.
