Buen hotel pero le falta una mejor oferta de servicios por el precio
Pros:

Buena atención del personal, el desayuno muy copioso, ubicación muy buena. La habitación muy cómoda así como las instalaciones de hotel.

Cons:

El hotel esta situado en la esquina de 2 calles con mucho tráfico, lo que hace que las habitaciones que dan a las calles son MUY ruidosas, tuvimos que pedir que nos den tapones para los oídos. El bar del hotel no está abierto todo el día y no hay atención en el restaurante a medio día.

Un piccolo tesoro a Sucre
Pros:

Avevo letto che è considerato l’hotel più bello della Bolivia ed in effetti è stupendo.
La struttura in perfetto stile locale è curata nel minimo dettaglio, pezzi di arredo interessanti che rendono l’hotel unico.
Le camere sono stupende, pulizia impeccabile, prodotti di cortesia ottimi, letti comodissimi.
Al mattino viene servita una colazione alla carta quindi si può scegliere una opzione tra le tante proposte oltre ad avere sia bevande calde che fredde a disposizione.
Tutto lo staff è esattamente gentile e premuroso.
Bellissima la terrazza da cui si può ammirare Sucre.
Abbiamo fatto l’errore di trascorrere solo una notte, ma tornassi indietro ne farei sicuramente due.

Cons:

Unica pecca la nostra camera dava sulla strada principale e purtroppo i rumori anche nella notte erano incessanti quindi per chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe essere poco piacevole

Pros:

Le lieu un peu atypique. La position proche du centre ville. Le personnel souriant, gentil et accueillant. J'ai oublié ma tablette dans l'établissement et ils se sont occupés de me la faire suivre sur un de mes hébergements suivants. Merci pour tout.

Vraiment très bien. Pas donné pour les prix boliviens, mais vaut le coup !
Pros:

Chambre, mobilier, décoration, vraiment tops. Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Rien. Juste à noter que l’hôtel ne semble pas ouvert 24/24 au premier abord, il nous a fallu … toquer à la porte depuis la rue… à 5h du matin après l’arrivée en bus… mais la personne nous a arrangé l’arrivée de façon très pro et au service du client.

Beware of last minute charges
Pros:

The property was nice, but our room felt stuffy. Our room was on the ground floor and didn’t have any windows or ceiling fan.

Cons:

They charged a $42 fee to pay with credit card. I stayed in multiple hotels all over Bolivia, this was the only time I had a charge like this. What’s worse, I was made to find out about the charge minutes before my pre booked taxi was picking me up. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. The stay was nice up until that point.

It felt shady, especially since the front desk told me it was MY bank that was charging me. Clearly it’s the system that the hotel uses, which is unfair to the guest.
If there is a credit card fee, the hotel should tell you at the time of booking. When I book on Bookings.com, I expect to pay the price that I agreed to online. This was the only time that this wasn’t the case. If I had known this, I would have brought cash from home or just chosen a different hotel altogether.

Super lovely hotel in the heart of Sucre, perfect for a romantic getaway!
Pros:

Beautiful and unique hotel in the heart of Sucre, just a few blocks away from the main plaza. The rooms were so comfortable and cozy, the restaurant in the inner courtyard was lovely and had an amazing breakfast which was included, and the staff were all super kind and helpful!! We also took the opportunity to use the spa option which was very relaxing.

Cons:

Our shower got clogged by the end of our stay.

El espacio, la decoración, los detalles de los muros originales enmarcados en algunos puntos, los regalos de bienvenida, la atención del personal de servicio, la ubicación céntrica, punto intermedio entre la plaza principal y la Recoleta. El desayuno que incluye es bueno, variado e ideal para iniciar el día, la comida del restaurante tiene muy buen sabor.
