Ich hätte gerne gesagt, wir kommen wieder, aber dieses Jahr war die Enttäuschung gross.
Pros:

Aussergewöhnlich schöne Anlage. Wir verbringen bereits zum vierten Mal unsere Ferien im Biblos, allerdings hat der Service extrem abgenommen. Wir mussten fast immer alles nochmals reminden teils 5 mal das gleiche bestellen und einige mal 1 bis 2.5 Stunden auf eine Bestellung warten. Das hat uns ehrlich gesagt vielfach irritiert. Zur Sauberkeit Auswahl des Frühstücks kann ich nichts mitteilen, Alles perfekt.

Such a beautiful setting, complemented by exceptionally friendly staff.
Pros:

Incredible breakfast spread and by far the best kids club I’ve ever experienced. The location is a little outside the center with only a few water sports nearby, but for our family getaway, it was exactly what we needed. Room service was outstanding, a special thanks to Dilnaz, who was an absolute superstar, always keeping our room spotless and taking care of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. A huge thank you as well to all the wonderful ladies at the kids' club. I honestly cannot fault a single member of staff at this hotel; everyone went above and beyond to make our stay truly special.

Cons:

Perhaps the only area that could be improved is the attentiveness of staff in the restaurants. Also, the all-inclusive option doesn’t make much sense for families with young children. With two little ones, the daily cost works out far higher than simply paying as you go. It would be great if the hotel could consider a reduced all-inclusive rate for children most days all they wanted was an ice cream and perhaps a soup or pizza in the evening, which hardly justifies £400 per day for two kids.

Сервис здесь — это абсолютно новый уровень. Кажется, сотрудники читают твои мысли! Любое, даже самое маленькое пожелание, исполняется мгновенно, с улыбкой и искренним желанием помочь. Чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а самым дорогим и желанным человеком.

Отдельный низкий поклон нашей поддержке – Elonore Это не просто работа, это настоящее призвание! Очень благодарны ей за помощь в любых вопросах, даже просьба принять нашу доставку по ее номеру- не вызвала затруднений. Такая забота и внимание к гостям — это бесценно! Спасибо вам за ваше тепло и старание!
Чистота в номере и на территории — идеальная, до стерильности. Ни пылинки, ни соринки. Мерцающий блеск везде, где только может быть блеск. При этом уборка происходит как-то магически незаметно, никто никогда не нарушал наш покой.
И, наконец, эстетика. Отель — это произведение искусства. Каждая деталь, от дизайнерской мебели до изящного, роскошного ландшафтного дизайна, продумана до мелочей. Цветовые сочетания, текстуры тканей, освещение — все создает невероятно гармоничную и умиротворяющую атмосферу. Фотографии получаются шикарные с любого ракурса!
И отдельное спасибо за поздний чекаут и предоставление номера до нашего трансфера🙏 Мы увозили с собой не только загар, но и ощущение настоящей роскоши, заботы и безупречного вкуса. Обязательно вернемся, уже третий раз!

Fantastic location, ambiance, service and great atmosphere with excellent staff
Pros:

The resort was wonderful, well located and unique in design and style and to top it all, the staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, polite eager to go the extra mile to help a guest.
Mr Baris Biblos and Simin were excellent hosts and their customers service skill were off the charts. They attended to our every need and immediate resolve any issues or queries to our satisfaction, and they’d always check back to see if everything was ok.
I strongly recommended this resort and will definitely return next season.

Otele giriş yaptığımız andan çıktığımız ana kadar odadır hizmettir temizliktir havuzlardır ne varsa dört dörtlüktü.Çocuklar için yapılan oyun yeri ise daha önce hiçbir yerde hiçbir en üst düzey otelde dahi görmediğimiz derecede güzeldi.Seneye tekrar daha uzun kalmak için geleceğiz.

Amazing place
Pros:

Is our first time visiting this resort and I can't a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink. This would have been really appreciated .
