Beautiful resort , the gardens our outstanding and the service is top notch. Our personal assistant Melisa and Merve were very attentionate to all our needs and details . The breakfast was super delicious with a great variety ! We definitely would like to go back . Thank you to the whole team!

Beautiful, clean, complete, joyful.

My girlfriend and I traveled from the United States to Türkiye to attend a wedding in Izmir for my Turkish colleague, who was born and raised there. For our stay in mid-June, we chose Biblos Beach Resort Alaçatı, about an hour from ADB Airport.

We had never been to Türkiye and discovered this resort online, so we had no idea what to expect. Safe to say, the hotel blew our expectations out of the water.

You cannot say enough about the impeccable service. The staff treated us like royalty for our entire stay. If your water glass sat empty for even a second, someone appeared to refill it. If your room needed attention, housekeeping had it beautifully made within less than an hour it seemed. The waiting staff and the beachside and poolside bar staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The guest relations team bent over backwards to arrange our transportation to the wedding on extremely short notice, and they did so with remarkable flexibility.

Eylül and Orkhan, our guest relations coordinators, did everything they could to accommodate our requests, all with tremendous kindness, compassion, and efficiency. They were amazing.

We stayed in a Sea View Room, which was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The food was just as impressive. The resort has two restaurants, and both were excellent—Miso was our favorite of the two. Everything was delicious, and the waiting staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Room service was excellent, and the poolside and beachside offerings were fresh and consistently delicious. Breakfast struck a perfect balance between traditional Turkish dishes and continental options.

The VIP round-trip airport transfer makes you feel like a celebrity—they escort you in a Mercedes Sprinter van, and the transportation company the hotel works with was patient and friendly even when we hit delays at passport control and baggage claim on arrival.

When it comes to amenities, the hotel offers so much to make your stay relaxing and fulfilling. The beach is beautiful, the atmosphere around the many pools is splendid, and the overall feel of the place is pure paradise. We were only there for four nights, so we didn’t get the chance to experience the spa and some of the other offerings, but they looked incredible—and they’re something we would absolutely have made time for on a longer stay.

One thing worth highlighting is how well the resort works for everyone. It’s extremely family-friendly—we saw kids playing and having a wonderful time throughout—but it’s equally suited to couples and adults. The place is so spacious, and the staff count so high, that everything feels personal to you. It never once felt overcrowded or overwhelming.

Cleanliness was another standout. If so much as a single leaf fell onto an outdoor pathway, someone was there to sweep it away. The rooms were kept as immaculate as your own home, the restaurants had the atmosphere of a Michelin-starred establishment, and I never once saw clutter or mess at the beach or poolside. It was truly delightful.

As for price, the hotel is expensive by the standards of any country. But this place is so magnificent that it’s a genuine case of “you get what you pay for”—the price is fully justified. You know you’re paying for a complete five-star experience in every respect, and I would happily pay it again knowing the standards here are this breathtaking.

If I’m ever back in Çeşme or Alaçatı, I will be staying here. I’ve been fortunate to travel to many countries in Europe—Italy, France, Spain, Germany—as well as many of the classic American vacation destinations like Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Mexico, plus plenty of hotels here in the United States. Of every place I’ve stayed, this hotel is the best by far, and my girlfriend would say the same.

Finally, the Turkish people and the warmth they showed us—both at the hotel and in every interaction beyond it—were truly heartwarming. Everyone treated us like family, and I’m deeply grateful. Not many people in the US think to visit Türkiye, especially outside of Istanbul, but it is a beautiful country with so much to offer and some of the kindest people toward visitors I’ve encountered anywhere.

If anyone in the US ever asks me for a recommendation for a hotel in the Çeşme/Izmir/Alacati region, this is the one I’ll give without hesitation.

We got married at the Kempinski Istanbul, which was a wonderful experience. My wife booked us at Biblos to relax, before we returned home to Latvia. We were a bit hesitant and didn't think it would up to the standards of the Kempinski. We were happily wrong. Biblos is heaven on earth. It's so amazing. There isn't enough words, space or time to describe the beauty of this property. I could give an entire 8-hour conference on the fine nuances of this resort. I'm a businessman myself. so I could easily recognize the immense efforts and costs put into this stunning property. The gym is beyond. the spa is beyond; the breakfast is literally a food heaven.....and did I mention that the breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever experienced during my world travels. If the breakfast isn't heaven enough, where you sit to eat it pushes the breakfast experience into a level all om its own. The beach, the gardens, the entrance, the service, the pools and the spa services.......I don't even want to write how good it is, just in case it's too full when I want to return. I was smiling every second I was there and I almost cried when I had to check out.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful and well-maintained resort, the relaxing atmosphere, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, and the excellent food.

Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. Even though the hotel was only about 10% occupied during our stay, we experienced one of the weakest levels of service we have ever encountered in a hotel. The staff often seemed inattentive, and it frequently took a long time for orders to be taken or requests to be handled – whether in the restaurant, by the pool, at the beach, or at Cocos.

We would especially like to recognize Fatih Bey for his dedication and professionalism. Halil Bey and Eren also left a very positive impression with their friendliness and helpfulness.

Because the hotel excels in so many other areas, we find it unfortunate that the service does not match the standard one would expect from a resort such as Biblos.

The site is very well located in Çeşme, with a marina nearby. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. In particular, the customer relations representative, Orkhan, made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

Excellent experience of family vacation. Superp service, best facilities, perfect Location, we had two, three bedroom suites, very spacious and comfortable, great vacation.! The staff was very helpful and the best! We would love to come back again soon.

I've stayed at a good few luxury hotels over the years where the service has always been excellent, but the hospitality at Biblos is genuinely on another level. Every single member of staff is so warm, friendly, and always quick to help - it really sets the place apart.
And the service starts even before you arrive! Their PA service via whatsapp is so helpful & super responsive - nothing is ever too much trouble. It really sets the tone for the whole experience.
The food is outstanding. We were on half board which included dinner, and while the menu is more curated, every dish was cooked to perfection. We absolutely loved Miso but the food & vibes in both restaurants are great! And the breakfast buffet? Honestly one of the highlights of the trip. Such an impressive variety, and they switch it up every single day so it never gets repetitive.
For families, this place is a dream. The kids club kept our little one busy while the spa gave us that much needed time. What I also loved is that despite everything on offer, it never feels like a huge sprawling resort. It stays intimate, which makes the whole experience feel so much more special.
I also have to give a special mention to Murat Deler in the salon - possibly the best haircut I've ever had!
The only thing I would say is that our bedroom had a tree partially blocking the view, which did limit the natural light in the room. A small thing, but worth knowing when booking.
We will absolutely be planning to return next year. Biblos, you've set the bar incredibly high.
