Perfect hotel and excellent service as well
The hotel arranged connecting rooms for us, which I really appreciated. It was very convenient and made our stay much easier.
However, overall, I found the rooms to be quite dark.
On the day of check-out, the security deposit was not refunded immediately. I asked why, and a female staff member whose name started with “T” (I unfortunately don’t remember her full name) responded to me with a very unfriendly attitude and no smile at all. She simply told me that I would have to wait for the bank’s processing time.
Later, I only asked her for a printed receipt showing the accommodation charges, but she told me to check the app instead. I asked again for a paper receipt, and she then immediately processed the refund of my deposit. This left me confused about what the previous communication was actually about.
In addition, after checking out, we realized that we had left something behind in the room. I sent a message to the hotel, but no one responded. Before our stay, the hotel was very quick to respond to messages, but after check-out, there was no response at all.
Overall, I feel that the service was quite disappointing, especially compared with the experience before our stay.
The receiptionest FOUR was a great help she followed up on my request and made sure is up to expectations.

Superb combo of high quality hotel experince and high quality shopping center. It was amazing to walk out from the hotel few steps and find Eiffel tower front of your face 😁
Hotel and room were very clean, the view from the balcony was amazing, pool area was very beautiful, food choices were plenty. It's right next to Terminal 21 and a short walk to the beach. The staff were so helpful and friendly

אנחנו ביקרנו בספטמבר שזה נחשב פחות העונה אבל נפלנו על ימים יפים. ארוחת בוקר עשירה,בריכה נעימה ונקיה ,מותאם לילדים אבל לא היו הרבה ילדים. דיוק בזמניםמלכל דבר,השתמשנו בשרותי הכביסה והכל הגיע נקי ומסודר בשעה שציינו
