Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, j’ai adoré observer les capucins au bord de la piscine. La chambre est vraiment confortable même si elle n’est pas du dernier cri, et le ménage était impeccable.
Avant notre départ, nous avons été victime d un hackeur qui s’est fait passer pour cet hôtel. j’ai aussitôt contacté l hôtel et ils ont pris les choses très sérieusement en avertissant Booking ce qui a déclenché une enquête et grâce à leur mobilisation j’ai pu ne pas perdre d argent, merci beaucoup…

Cons:

Le menu du restaurant ne nous a pas du tout donné envie, l ambiance, le style était en décalage avec l hôtel très nature. Il y manque des plats plus conviviaux et une ambiance plus détendue en ce qui me concerne.

- Zimmer sauber
- sehr leckeres, liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück
- schön angelegte und gepflegte Hotelanlage
- viele Tiere wie Affen und Bunthörnchen anzutreffen

Cons:

- Zimmer sehr hellhörig
- aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit Schimmelflecken im Zimmer erkennbar
- Bett relativ schmal
- die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht gleichbleibend, sodass es vorallem Nachts sehr heiß im Zimmer gewesen ist

Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, à deux minutes de la plus belle plage du coin et du petit village de Montezuma. L’aménagement extérieur en pleine nature est magnifique et la piscine très agréable après la plage.

Letto molto comodo, natura circostante, il pasticcino buonissimo del pomeriggio.
Buon ristorante (filetto eccellente) e buona colazione a la carte.
Area fumatori (anche se mancavano i posacenere).
Personale mediamente gentile.

Cons:

Suite king deluxe con balcone molto piccola (camera al massimo di 14 mq + bagno minuscolo + balcone di al massimo 10 mq) nemmeno lontanamente vicina ai 65 mq scritto su Booking. Luci bruttine.
Bagno piccolo e brutto senza posto per riporre le cose e con doccetta (no un vero soffione) e tenda.
Balcone senza privacy.
Succo di frutta della colazione estremamente diluito con acqua e caffè espresso non incluso.
Piscina molto più piccola di come sembrava dalle foto.
