Good hotel, good location, friendly staff
Pros:

The location and staff were great.

Cons:

The TV has only 6 Japanese channels and BBC news. The room is not big and you cannot open the window. There is an air conditioner and a humidifier, but I prefer to sleep with the open window.

El baño muy bueno

Cons:

El barrio por más que quede al lado de la estación, es un barrio de mucha vida nocturna, lo cual conlleva a ser ruidoso, un poco mas sucio, hay gente ebria, etc. Además la pieza era extremadamente pequeña, no se podía abrir una maleta en el sueño y con suerte se podía caminar en el lugar. Y la vista, horrible :(

また利用させていただきます。
Pros:

チェックイン時間より早く到着してしまったので荷物だけ預けようと思ったのですが、
お部屋の用意ができているとのこで早くチェックインしてもらえてとても助かりました！
また、空港リムジンバス乗り場までの行き方を聞いたところ、道順が記載されている紙をくださり、詳しく説明もしていただきました。
ありがとうございました！

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è ottimale per chi usa i treni e i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Tra 4 hotel in cui ho soggiornato, c'è un abisso in termini di servizio clienti, così tipico in Giappone. Purtroppo non ho ricevuto lo stesso livello di accoglienza da chi lavora in reception all'Ibis.
La camera molto usurata dal tempo e molto rumore proveniente dal bagno (sistema di ventilazione).
