Pros:

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir été dans une meilleure chambre que celle que nous avions réservé !
Le personnel était très gentil. La chambre était très bien nettoyée et spacieuse. Le lit très confortable.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Les chambres était très bien aménagées et les lits confortables. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare d'Osaka, mais nos chambres donnaient sur l'arrière donc au calme. Le quartier est très vivant et rempli de restaurants et de commerces. Le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Cons:

La taille des chambres mais c'est le cas dans plusieurs établissements au Japon. Pas assez de place pour ouvrir ses valises. Comme on n'y a passé qu'une seule nuit, ce n'était pas trop gênant pour nous.

Pros:

地下から直接ホテルに入れるので、歩き疲れた日でも安心。階段が数段ありますが、祖母・子ども連れでも大丈夫でした。
バスタブなしのシャワー室は使いやすかった。
明るくてきれいな印象で、客室内もロビーも良かった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の庫内が小さく、ペットボトル数本入る程度。駅地下なので食べ物には困りませんが、飲み物や冷蔵のお土産などが入らず多少不便でした。
もう少し安ければ、朝食も利用したかったです。

La ubicación

Cons:

La habitación es bastante pequeña, pero ya sabíamos a lo que íbamos. Tienes que crearte una cuenta para poder acceder al WiFi. Las vistas de la habitación eran a una pared a 1 metro de distancia llena de tuberías.

算不上便宜，但其他各方面，如地點很好，靠近地鐵、鐵路站、巴士站，附近有很多大百貨公司，地下街食衣住行育樂都很方便；旅館服務方面，櫃檯服務人員，明顯是外籍員工，但，服務態度佳：客房嶄新、舒適、整潔，感覺都很好。

地下道範圍寬廣，叉路多，要小心迷路；要避開上下班時間。
