The utility hasn’t completed, the hotel didn’t provide the milk in the fridge, no hand towels no extra blankets for the kids

The toilet paper roll holder fall on the floor because it was damaged. The water in the shower was 2 degrees to cold.
The rooms are spacious with a desk and chair for laptop work. A large TV and comfy large bed. There is also a long lounge chair. The bathroom is well presented and toiletries are provided.The property is very clean and well maintained.
I loved having a balcony that overlooks the river. At night I watched the planes descending onto the runway. I swam everyday in a large pool surrounded by beautiful frangipani trees in flower.
The staff are friendly and helpful and I was always greeted with a welcoming smile.
There is nothing about this property that I did not like.
Great location near to the airport and next to the Bali Galleria Mall.
It was great for us as a stopover hotel as flew into Bali then out after a few days.
There is no Wellness Centre here though.
