Hilton Guadalajara Midtown has been one of the best Hilton experiences we’ve had. As frequent travelers, we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. If you’re staying at the hotel, please ask for Jose at the Hilton dining area and Hugo, the kitchen chef (get the martajada green tomato salsa ❤️) Thank you, Hilton, for making our first-time visit memorable. We’re already planning our return.

Must try, a great experience
Pros:

Hilton Guadalajara Midtown. What a great experience. The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly at every level. Tremendous experience with Jose, Ale and Valeria during breakfast. Jose was very helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. Chef Hugo was amazing as well. He was patient with my requests and offered help to make it better. All the food chef Hugo prepared for breakfast was top level. The hotel was very clean too.

Great stay during 2026 World Cup! Special care from Jose and staff.
Pros:

We have been staying almost 10 days in Hilton Midtown over 2026 World Cup. We are delighted with friendly and also professional service and accommodation by Hilton Midtown team even very busy time of the event. Breakfast is great and there are new menu everyday. I want to shout out for Jose who always take care of our family with two kids (10 and 2 year-old) with smile. All other staff are great too from housekeeping to reception. I strongly recommend you visit Hilton Midtown. The location is great for shopping too.

Simply the best service you will ever experience. From the moment I walked in they were attentive to every need.
Pros:

Erick and Edgar at the bar are phenomenal! They are super knowledgeable about their craft and if they don’t have what you want, they will go out of their way to get it. I asked for a Penicilin cocktail at the bar and they didn’t have ginger syrup, so they made it right in front of me. The way they accommodate your every need is unheard of in the U.S. I am super impressed.

Awesome accommodations and service!
Pros:

Check-in was very smooth and accommodating. The bartender was also mixing awesome cocktails and Jose in the restaurant was fantastic and that he was there every need and made the experience impeccable!

Great staff!
Pros:

The staff is fantastic and second to none! The breakfast crew led by the Chef Montse is awesome! She really goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy. The hostess Blanca and the rest of the staff are also great. Alexa in the lounge and Josue in the front desk are also amazing! I truly recommend this hotel and their fantastic staff!

Bien, pero SIEMPRE hay que pelear con el personal para que te den FACTURA.
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza, cuartos, etc.

Cons:

Van varias ocasiones que al pedir la factura SIEMPRE hay que pelearse con el personal ya que su primera respuesta siempre es "no podemos porque reservaste por Booking".... después de pelear el tema y de pasar un mal momento ya porfin acceden y te la mandan. Pero te quieren ver la cara.... y eso hace muy molesta la experiencia. En mi caso fue la señorita ITZEL de recepción la que no queria facturarme, luego solo mandó un correo sin los datos de la estancia (esperando que no me diera cuenta) etc... MUY MOLESTO ESO

Fantastic service
Pros:

I came to Guadalajra on a business trip, as a vegan who doesn't speak Spanish I was concerned I'd struggle to eat.
The hotel itself is well equipped, in a great location and well presented, all the staff are nice but the staff running breakfast were fantastic.
Blanca or Erick met me every morning and remembered who I was and that I needed food specifically made. They helped coordinate and made me feel welcome and well looked after.
Esmerelda and the kitchen staff went out of their way to make me something special every single day, even going out to get ingredients they didn't normally have.
The food was amazing and I got to experience some Mexican food I'd never had before.
Will definitely be keen to return next time business brings me here
