DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY
- cockroaches (the biggest I’ve ever seen!)
- loud drunk men banging on my door
- filthy soiled sheets
Absolute disgrace of a hotel. I pulled back the covers and clearly the bed had been slept in with hairs and dirt. I was transiting and had 8 hours (check in midnight) before checkout so decided to ‘suck it up’. But then the filthy huge cockroaches came out once the lights were switched off. And the drunk angry Vietnamese men fighting in the hall and pounding on my door was the last straw, I packed up and checked out at midnight, going to another hotel…with a promise of a refund but strangely, now the hotel won’t answer my messages. If you value cleanliness, and security DO NOT BOOK THIS FILTHY UNSAFE HOTEL.
I can’t decide if I liked the soiled sheets, the cockroaches or the drunk aggressive men best. When I complained about the cockroaches they brought me Raid.

Despite being of a low quality, its fair to say that this was reflected with the price being low,
Biggest issue was only taking cash, no ATM close by (especially any with a half decent review); yes its in their policy but should have been made MUCH clearer on booking.com profile. After a long day travelling it is not helpful. Plus, yes there was a window, but it was two feet from a solid concrete wall so worthless. Shower poor as mostly cold water
The maintenance guy was very friendly
We booked a Suite with balcony for 480'000 VND but upon check in, the unfriendly and indifferent reception girl told us that they have no Suite availability.. She asked to cancel and then offered an economy room without a balcony for 500'000 VND. So we rebooked again a room with a balcony for 480'000 VND and she only gave us a regular room for the price of a Suite. We were tired and just wanted to sleep. This Hotel should be banned from booking sites due to their cheating practice. Room full of dust. No lights in the toilet....
Very cheap, very clean and location is where the local people live and not in a touristic hotspot.
