Good Place to Stay
Pros:

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The food was delicious, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated.

However, there was a water leak in my room that was not handled properly. The only action taken was placing a cloth to absorb the water, which was not an adequate solution and unfortunately caused an unpleasant smell. This affected both the comfort and hygiene of the room.

I hope the management can improve how such issues are addressed in the future. With better maintenance and quicker, more appropriate responses, the overall experience could be much better.

Perfect staycation for solo travelers

everything is excellent . greeted by warm smile of Ms Rizki , and Mr Rifqy upon checking in , although a bit delayed and queued but the front desk is solutive and giving me the room that i preffered shout out to Ms Nazwa. she gave me a room with the view of Medan's city scape. breakfast is also excellent for 3 star hotel the food was warm and delicious. upon checking out i was assisted by Mr Alfahry that handles my luggage and smoothly checking out my room. overall the stay was excellent and would come back again soon when going back to medan! :)
