We were 8 people that had travelled 5 hours than got our uber from the airport. We when arrived at the hotel. With 16 bags of luggage as we were travelling to our final destination in the morning The manager was very rude to us. He said he did not have our reservation and he had rooms left. He tried to say it was booking.com fault. That is
happened all the time. Please remove this hotel
from your web site. We had to call back the uber could not go find any other hotel so we had the uber drove us to our destination Guayabitos. An hour drive. We had find a place to stay once we arrived. 4400 Pesos for two cars than 80.00 each as there were only one bed on the rooms I want the that stay credited to my card asap plus 320.00 we had to pay the other hotel. Thus not acceptable. I can’t even call ridiculous

We booked this condo a year in advance, to stay the month of February 2026. In our booking we requested a room with a balcony and that was confirmed. We arrived for our check in and were advised that our condo was not ready as the person before us was very dirty and they had to deep clean the unit. We were put up in a hotel for the first night, in which I had to pay for and was told that I would get reimbursed. The next day we checked in, as promised, into a unit that did have a patio to sit outside. We were told that we would only be in that unit for a few nights and we would have to move again. We had to move 2 days later, into a unit that DID NOT have a balcony or a patio, there was a huge window that opened, that looked out onto a dingy parking lot that was full of garbage and decrepit buildings with holes in the roof. I expressed my displeasure, with the manager, that we requested and were confirmed a unit with a balcony and I did not get a reply from him. The condo did not have: a dishtowel, a dishcloth, no hand towels at all. Just 2 bath towels. I asked the manager about towels to go to the pool & he advised me that we had to use our bath towels at the pool and that he would exchange out towels whenever asked. When I did ask for clean towels, he told me I had to wait another day as they were short on towels. Inconvenient to say the least. The kitchen was very ill prepared for cooking in, only one small frying pan, no egg flipper, no paring knife, 3 plates, 3 cups, etc, etc. We ended up going and buying a lot of what we needed to cook in the condo.
We had trouble getting reimbursed and in fact did not get reimbursed until a week after we checked out, it was just lucky that we were still staying in PV and kept hounding the manager for payment, otherwise, I am pretty sure that we would never have seen that money.

Te dan un reglamento que es bastante sencillo de cumplir, mi problema está en que dice que el horario de la alberca es de 9:00am a 9:00pm. Durante el primer día me quedé en el área verde, no estaba dentro de la alberca, eran las 9:05pm y la señora que se encuentra en la caseta, se me acercó, de forma muy grosera me dijo que no podía estar ahí, que en mi habitación tenía balcón.

Honestamente el trato que recibí de su parte no me agrado para nada.

Fuera de eso no tuve ningún inconveniente.
