La renovation de cet hotel est magnifique depaysante style espagnol ou italien?? Le personnel est tres tres acceuillant.
A savoir tout de même cet hotel convient particulièrement aux personnes chomrei Mitzvot. Personnel religieux et tres sympathique. Le petit déjeuner etait tres copieux. Je dois preciser que nous n'avons pas utilisé tous les equipements mais la piscine en tout cas est tres belle.

הרצפה בחדר הייתה מטונפת כאילו לא ניקו אותה חודש
אהבנו הכל, חוץ מהאוכל
ציפינו לאוכל ברמה טיפה גבוהה יותר, מבחר גדול יותר
מלון מקסים ביופיו.

צוות מלון מושלם,קבלת פנים,עובדי מטבח ב מיוחד לוסי עשתה ארוכת בוקר מדיהם.צוות קבלת פנים ממש אזורו לנו בכל דבר ו תמיד עם חיוך ומצב רוח טוב .במיוחד עאף. היה לנו כיף במלון .מזגן עובד טוב, חדר נקי,מלון בוטיק מעצב יפה.
לפי דת ברכת מלון בשבת סגורה ביום רגיל יש הפרדה שעות נשים ו שעות גברים .לזוג אין זמן משותף בברכה.אבל ברכה חדשה ו טובה.
האיש בקבלה היה מאוד נחמד
למרות שביקשנו להחליף חדר.
בארוחת הבוקר לא היה מישהו
לדאוג לנו.
מוכנת הקפה לא עבדה
נאלצתי לרוקן את המים ולהפעיל
את המוכנה נגמר החלב במכונה
והחלפתי.
במשך יותר מחצי שעה לא היה
מישהו שאחראי על המטבח.
חבללל
המלון מחודש ושומר על הציביון היחודי של המקום
חסרה עמדת טעינה לרכב חשמלי.
העיר טבריה לא מטפחת את האתרים שלה ומאוד לא נקיה
מקום נקי, י הצוות היה אדיב וטיפל בכול בקשה
בריכה נקיה ארוחות הבוקר והערב היו טובות .
קיבלנו את החדר ליפני הזמון חדר עם מרפסת גדולה. מאוד אהבנו. נחזור
קורה לפעמים שהערוץ בו צפינו פתאום מתחלף
ללא נגעה בשלט.
