אכזבה גדולה
Pros:

אהבנו את המיקום ואת החדר

Cons:

המזגנים בלובי לא עבדו מדובר על סוף אוגוסט היום היה בלתי נסבל
כשהגענו למלון לא היה צוות בקבלה אלא איש אחד לא שירותי כלל לא מגולח
יושב בקבלה עם מאוורר כי המזגן לא עובד והשירות שנותן היה בהתאם למישהו שסובל מהחום
כך גם אני לא יכולתי לשאת את החום וכשהייתי צריכה לקבל החלטה בנוגע להוספת ארוחת בוקר כן או לא לא יכולתי להתעכב עם עצמי על הנושא מרוב החום שהיה בלתי נסבל

מעבר לכך שירותי הבריכה היו פשוט מתחת לכל ביקורת
לא היה אף נציג מטעם המלון בבריכה
הבריכה היתה מוזנחת ומטונפת
ניירות טישו רטובים זרוקים מסביב
דלתות של שירותים נטרקות מהרוח בכל רגע עם רעש אדיר
זבל זרוק
גלגלים ומצופים שנותרו בבריכה ממוקדם יותר זרוקים מסביב ובמעברים
היה שם מספר פלטות שולחן מזכוכית גדולות ומסוכנות שפשוט זרוקים בבריכה על גבי מיטות שיזוף שבקלות יכלו ליפול ולהתנפץ שם מהמים מסביב זו פשוט סכנה מול העיניים!!!
לא יכולנו להיות בבריכה ונאלצנו לחזור לחדר

חייבת לציין ששהינו במלון לפני 4 שנים וברחרנו שוב את המלון הזה באופן ספציפי משום שכל כך זכרנו אותו לטובה

האכזבה היתה משמעותית עבורנו.

בייחוד הבריכה היתה עבורנו זכרון מדהים והיא- היתה פשוט מקום שלא רוצים לשהות בו עוד רגע אחד


איש הקבלה היה מרגע שנכנסנו בשעה 15:00 ועד לשעה 22:00 בלילה ואולי יותר מכך,
לא היה שם מזגן כאמור, והוא העניק שירות לא מקצועי, לא שירותי ולא נעים כלל .

חזרנו מאוכזבים מאוד

excellent séjour pour tourisme en famille et pélerinage
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Accueil chaleureux,tout le personnel est très aimable et fait en sorte qu'on se sente comme chez soi. Il ya toujours quelqu'un à la réception et vous êtes toujours reçu avec le sourire. La propreté est impeccable. Emplacement idéal : nombreux lieux de pélerinage à proximité (3 min à pieds du Rambam, 10 min en voiture de Rabbi Méïr ....), moins de 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville (restaurants, magasins, animations pour les enfants...) mais rue calme. La décoration de l'hôtel est très jolie. Mobilier de bonne qualité et literie excellente. Petit déjeuner copieux, varié et excellent. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande et reviendrais volontiers.

מלון בוטיק בסטייל וינטג' חדרים יפים ונקיים, השירות טוב ונעים הם באמת משתדלים לתת הרגשה טובה לאורחים, בריכה קטנה אבל נקייה ומעולה יחסית לגודל של המקום,יש מכונת קפה זמינה לאורחים ולידה הם מתחזקים קצת עוגות בחושות (סטייל אחווה), בגדול חוץ מהאוכל הכל מעולה

האוכל היה סביר ולא מעבר המגוון לא גדול והטעם צריך להשתפר, הלובי מאוד קטן ולא ניתן באמת לשבת בו, אם הם ישתפרו ברמה של האוכל המלון יהיה מושלם.

Pros:

המלון יפיפה בסגנון עתיק, החדרים נקיים ויפים. אנחנו היינו בחדר עם נוף פנורמי מהמם לכנרת ולהרים..הבריכה מושלמת, במיוחד לציבור הדתי/ חרדי. ארוחת בוקר טרייה וטעימה, לקחנו ערב אחד גם ארוחת ערב והיה מעולה, גם המחיר סביר. במיוחד התרשמנו מיחס הצוות אלינו, הפגינו הרבה אנושיות וחום, היה חשוב להם שיהיה לנו הכי טוב בעולם, ונתנו מכל הלב! אסתי בקבלה מדהימה והמנהלת של המלון ממש משקיעה ואכפת לה מהשוהים במלון. אפילו קיבלנו את החדרים לפני הזמן. בקיצור, חוויה מושלמת, אין ספק שנחזור!

הינו קבוצה של 4 חדרים.
צוות שרותי מהחדרנית עד הנהלת המלון
ארוחת בוקר מפנקת.
מקום יפה.
למרות שהגענו בתקופה שח מתיחות בטחונית ולא הרבה אנשים במלון. הצוות דאג לשירות ברמה הכי גבוהה.
לא מובן מאליו . יישר כח אתם עושים עבודה טובה.

שהיה נפלאה. מומלץ מאד.

ארוחת בוקר מושלמת, טעימה. שרות אדיב מאד. הצצות בכללותו אדיב ועוזר מאד במיוחד יובל מהקבלה, נענה לרצוננו בכל פרט - החלפת חדר, אפילו הזמנת רופא וארוחה לחדר.

Cons:

האמבטיה לא עבדה, למרות שיובל התאמץ ושלח כמה פעמים איש מקצוע. הוצע לנו לקבל חדר רק לרחצה.

Pros:

La renovation de cet hotel est magnifique depaysante style espagnol ou italien?? Le personnel est tres tres acceuillant.
A savoir tout de même cet hotel convient particulièrement aux personnes chomrei Mitzvot. Personnel religieux et tres sympathique. Le petit déjeuner etait tres copieux. Je dois preciser que nous n'avons pas utilisé tous les equipements mais la piscine en tout cas est tres belle.
