Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Walks up the beach and also along the cliffs, and visiting the nature preserve close by as
Pros:

We loved the location and having a view of the sea from our own terrace. Also the manager Hassan is extraordinary and kind. We felt very safe and well looked after.

Cons:

It’s sad to see the litter on the beach. It’s such a wonderful area, hopefully people can organize to clean it up from time to time.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait personne dans l'hôtel a par nous ,il a fallu demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude , sinon dans une autre période peut être plus de monde

Best Budget Stay in Morocco!
Pros:

Brahim was such a kind soul, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. From the welcome tea brought up to our room, to getting up early to give us breakfast at 7.30.

The bed was comfortable and warm, the water was hot.

The cafe across the way on the beach was fantastic, have the grilled Daurade, you wont be dissapointed!

Pros:

Расположение шикарное - в двух шагах от океана. Номера понравились - просторные и с балконами, которые входят на океан + столики и стулья есть на балконах.

Cons:

Номера в гостинице "подуставшие". Ремонт по всей видимости был давно.
Кухонный угол в номере как и техника в нем были в рабочем состоянии, но старенькие.

Nothing fancy but you get what you paid for. Walkable distance to bird park.
Pros:

1. The caretaker Hassan is the best you could ask for.
2. Location very good within the small village and some 3kms to the bird park which is walkable along the coast.
3. Food is very decent and not expensive.
4. Room with good view to the sea. Have spacious balconies and lookout for sunset.
5. Old building with good architecture, big courtyard and terrace.
6. Presence of CCTV cameras

Cons:

These are suggestions rather complaints! 1. The description miss “how to reach” by different mode of transport. We took a bus from Marrakech to Agadir. For people coming first time, instructions were unclear where we ended up taking 4 share taxis to reach whereas first it’s told as 2 taxis. You can reach with 2 taxis but taxis direct are rare. So you end up going to main access centres to get connecting taxis. The contact number is mostly unavailable where we tried to contact but no answer. Language barrier was an issue. Whereas Hassan the caretaker was quite helpful and easy to communicate.
2. No caller bell at reception or from rooms to contact someone for help. It would be helpful for people need something.

Good place for birders.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast very good. As a site for birding it was good with the oued massa nearby and plenty to see. Probably not ideal for a family holiday. Eating options limited but ibis chauve restaurant quite good and friendly.
This is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for

Great value for money, extremely kind and friendly staff, lovely space. Recommended.
Pros:

The apartment is a lovely and calm place with a beautiful view, breakfast is great and the host is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Kitchen part of the apartment is a bit run down (stove and fridge were rusty).
