It was the best place we have stayed in aswell as the price
Pros:

We originally booked the buget room but when we got there we had the supprise with being upgraded to a family room and WOW it was beautiful the bed was super comfy and it had big glass windows looking out on the view. ALSO the staff!! They were all so lovely and kind especially Amy she was there when we were, so kind helpful,very good English. And the BEST part of it for me and my boyfriend was all the animals!!! They have a mini farm and it’s so cute but mainly they have so many dogs!!! I loved it, tht have 3 puppies which were my favorite and then had 9 other puppies that were born the day before we got there!!! Honestly I could have played with them puppies all day long! They also have a massive lake and my boyfriend went fishing there it’s a huge property.

Pros:

Me gustó la zona, sí que es verdad que esta apartado del centro y nos pillaron dos días de lluvias que teníamos que coger grab para todo. La ubicación si hace buen tiempo puedes coger moto o bici es muy chula. El personal muy amable todas. Está lleno de perritos y gatitos muy monos, que si no te gustan es un punto en contra claro. El desayuno muy bueno, no estaba incluido pero tampoco era caro. La piscina tenía buena pinta pero no la pudimos probar. Nos dieron muchas facilidades a la hora de alquilar la moto o hacer alguna excursión, etc. También tienen una granja que puedes ver los animales.

Lo que no me gustó:
No se si fue por la lluvia, porque no tienen sifones o porque no hay una ventana en el baño pero el lavabo lo teníamos que mantener cerrado al segundo porque olía muy mal. La habitación en sí estaba limpia, sí que es verdad que en la zona del exterior se acumulaba agua como en el balcón y había millones de mosquitos. El aire acondicionado se tenía que mantener encendido por la humedad (está en un sitio lleno de plantas parece que estés en una selva y al final estaba lloviendo también entonces es mi opinión). Para llegar a la habitación hay que dar un largo paseo que es agradable por las vistas, sí que es verdad que hay algunas plantas que tienes que apartar porque están en medio del paso pero está muy bien mantenido en general ya que es muy grande el sitio. Después no nos gustó nada que pedimos que nos lavaran la ropa el día anterior y nos la entregaron toda arrugada y había una camiseta que tenía sudor y seguía el sudor ahí… hemos lavado en muchos sitios y había sido en el peor, no digo que la planches pero por lo menos doblarla bien. En resumen, si hubiera sabido que llovía no lo hubiera escogido, si hace buen tiempo creo que es una opción chula y a 10 minutos en grab del centro de phong nha.

Just stay here, you won’t regret it.
Pros:

Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were so helpful and friendly, I felt safe as a solo female traveller and fully taken care of. I loved waking up each morning to the mountain view and getting to cuddle with all the animals. Town was just a short bicycle ride away, but it was also fun just hanging out at the property meeting other travellers. A big shout out to Tina who was just awesome and so funny. I 100% recommend staying here. It was nice a quiet but also super close to town and other attractions.

Must stay
Pros:

Amy & Gina among the rest of the team were amazing hosts.

This was probably the best hospitality we have had while traveling vietnam, Gina had a wicked sense of humor and other members of the team would all be willing to help and also good to have a laugh with.

There is also a lot of animals (chocolate, taco, toto and many others) along wit 4 pug/corgi new borns (2.5 weeks old at the time of this post.) And the staff genuinely love these animals they live a very good life.

The pool is absoloutely massive and we felt very spoiled having cocktails delivered to us beside the pool.

Seriously the staff give this place its x factor well done.

Cons:

- for the budget bungalow room the bathroom was very tight and there is small gaps in the floor and walls, we thought we would get bugs from this but absoloutely did not. I wouldnt consider either of these an issue just a note.
- The food was not as good as the local restaurant's

The toilet are poorly maintained.
Our room was around 10 mins of walk from the reception, which meant we had to walk a long way each time

Là khu retreat ở gần Động Phong Nha, thiên nhiên cây cối xanh mát, có 1 farm nhỏ mà em bé nhà mình rất thích. Sáng lấy xe đạp xe trên cung đường vào retreat 2 bên cánh đồng lúa chín rất đẹp

Ein absolutes Erlebnis! Wir waren im Tierparadies und die Lage ist absolut idyllisch - mit dem Moped sind es ca 5min zur Haltestelle der offiziellen Busse. Das Essen ist ein Traum und das Personal so nett und hilfsbereit, haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt!

Pros:

Really good location, just 2km outside of Phong Nha bus station with free pickup to the homestay. Host was very informative on arrival and went above and beyond to show us all of the activities to do in Phong Nha. Food was great, very understanding of my girlfriend having a gluten allergy. Animals / dogs / puppies was an added bonus. Free bicycle rental.

Cons:

Could have some desserts on the food menu :)
