Terrible towels, great location, very clean.
Pros:

The location was good. Secure underground parking is a nice feature.

Cons:

For the price we paid they have some of the roughest, most uncomfortable towels I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Will be staying here again!
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast included and food was very good! Liquid hand soap in bathroom, I can’t stand using bar soap. (I travel with my own bottle lol)

Cons:

Only complaint was water pressure in shower, I like to be beaten awake.

VERY HUMAN FRIENDLY
Pros:

we enjoyed our stay very much. we were in town to visit family. we found this hotel to be very "human friendly". the rooms were clean and quiet, the property was well maintained, the staff was very friendly and cordial, the breakfast was tasty and adequate and best of all there had been NO DOGS sleeping in the same bed where we slept. the deciding factor in choosing this hotel was their pet policy. we always stay where the policy is NO PETS ALLOWED. the pet policy was strictly enforced, and that is why we will stay at this property again when we are in the area.
