Great breakfast! Bathroom was great! Loved the secure parking in gated basement! Staff was pleasant and efficient! Room/bed was clean and comfortable!
We were traveling through to Alabama. The only complaint was the $187.00 nightly rate. We would return if the rate was around $120.00. We probably will pass by the Franklin location next time because of this.

My kids were expecting to swim after a long drive, but it was an outside one that wasn't open.
We love staying at this hotel and have stayed here a number of times. The area is growing with more eateries nearby -- like Edley's BBQ, McDonald's, Chick Fil A, and the very busy new In N Out Burger. The hotel has a small parking lot but they also have a garage under the hotel for additional parking. That was a nice plus since we had storms on the night we stayed. The service here is great, and the location is convenient to the interstate. The hotel and the room itself was so nice. The beds were comfortable. If you cannot use feather pillows, you might want to let them know. They have four on a bed and two are feather pillows. The breakfast was not as great as some other hotels and that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. We opted out of the breakfast on the second morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and we plan to continue using this hotel when we visit the area which is frequent since we have family nearby.
It was just ok….
Ac only worked with leaving fan on. No cleaning of room and were there 3 nights. Just disappointing for the price .
