Great place to stay
Pros:

Clean, very friendly staff. The breakfast was top notch. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Location was not the best but it was close to some good food options for dinner.

Pros:

I loved having a spacious room to stay overnight with my family on a long road trip. It was great to have such a large bathroom and a little fridge for the kids.

Cons:

Our room seemed to have a massive ant problem, maybe in part because of the weather and time of year, though the room seemed pretty clean otherwise.

Need more loading carts & better breakfast
Pros:

Cons:

No carts to load our suitcases . All bread breakfast, no meats or biscuits & gravy . Waken at 4:30am from a dog barking

Will stay there again.
Pros:

My checkin was marred by the payment issue (see "didn't like" below) but many thanks and kudos to "Keosha" who was able to resolve the double-charge issue by contacting Booking.com herself and staying engaged to make sure I was satisfied. Otherwise, the stay was nice and close to where my son lives, so I will stay again.

Cons:

The downside to the checkin was that my reservation from Booking.com was not accepted by the property and I had to pay again out of pocket. This was not the fault of the property as they said they'd had issues with 3rd party payment, but nevertheless I was double-charged which took almost a month after the stay to resolve - however it was resolved thanks to the manager "Keosha" who was very helpful in getting it resolved - see "likes" above.
