Pros:

I rate this low because relative to the price it was sadly needing maintenance. No ice machine on either the four or third floor worked and the in-room refrigerator was not operating. For a hotel charging a premium over nearby hotels in Raleigh, you would expect better. Bed was comfortable and the room quiet.

Clean, maintained inn with outdoor fire pit and pool off I-40/I-85 and NC-119 with a good variety at the provided breakfast. My wife is picky about cleanliness and had no issues. Would stay again with this brand.

Room door was extremely hard to open. Desk clerk could not open it. TV did not operate properly. VFridge in room was not cold. Front desk staff would not move us to a different room. Will not stay here gain!

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The hotel and room were attractive, spacious and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. It was a slow night and the breakfast wasn't quite as good as usual. Overall a very good stay.
