Beautiful stylish hotel
Pros:

Large clean and stylish rooms with high ceilings. Fresh nuts and dried mango were a treat. Beautiful pool.

Cons:

Very noisy. Can hear people in the hallway and rooms above because of the concrete ceiling.

Clean, Comfortable and Friendly.
Pros:

Treeline is very clean, modern and comfortable for your stay in Siem Reap. It is very close to good restaurants and Pub Street. The had easily accessible tuk tuks for us to take. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. It was a great value for the money.

Pros:

Super clean, very attentive staff. Very good food at the restaurant. Bike rent. Perfect location. You can do jogging from the place. Very good massage ag the spa. Very good housekeeping. No bugs.

Superior staff and facilities led to very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

A welcoming and peaceful hotel. The staff was some of the friendliest staff that we have ever experienced at a hotel. The room and facilities were beautifully decorated and created a peaceful ambiance. We also felt it was an upscale experience.

For us, it didn’t live up to the hype.

Cons:

We had just come from another 5-star property to Treeline, which is also supposed to be a 5-star hotel. There were a lot of things that weren’t in line with that. We put on our robes after a shower and they had stains on them- they had not been washed! There was limescale all over the bathroom floor, the toilet paper was single ply, the glasses at the bar were plastic. If we wanted filtered water, we had to walk all the way down the first floor every single time and there is one single water receptacle. Why aren’t there filtered water machines in the room? Finally, we had the included breakfast twice and immediately had to run to the bathroom after. The food had flies swirling all around it and really tasted like poor quality. We were generally grossed out and were itching to leave.

Hotel de diseño y servicio expecional

Estuvimos 4 noches en este hotel y ojalá y hubiéramos estado más tiempo.
La filosofía y el diseño de este hotel es muy destacable. ¡Nos encantó!
Las habitaciones y las camas eran super cómodas.
Todas las instalaciones del hotel eran geniales, desde el área de los desayunos( que eran deliciosos), el spa (altamente recomendable los masajes también), la piscina, el restaurante Romiet, super delicioso, todo la verdad que una maravilla.

Además de las excelentes instalaciones, el personal del hotel es otro nivel. En todo momento eran súper amables y atentos a los detalles. Me gustó mucho que se promueva el comercio local, nos recomendaron mercadillos de artesanías locales.
Mi pareja se enfermó del estómago, y las chicas de recepción, Many y no recuerdo el nombre de la otra chica, una chica de gafas, nos mandaron una sopa para que se sintiera mejor, que justo le ayudó muchísimo. Así como también, el señor que estaba en recepción ( que no recuerdo su nombre, Silka?) fue muy atento con nosotros.

Cons:

- Nos pareció caro el precio de la lavandería en el hotel, ya que es por pieza en lugar de por kg.
Nosotros llevamos nuestra ropa a un local cerca del hotel de lavandería que se llama The Laundry Room Wash and Fold (que por 3kgs nos cobraron 5 dlls).
