لا يوجد صابون واذا كنت بالشقق سوف تضطر تركب مصعدان اثنان كي توصل لشقتك وهذا غير مريح و يفر الراس

أفضل شئ بالنسبة للفندق هو موقعه المميز بالقرب من سوق واقف ومشيرب
What i mostly liked is the location being at walking distance from souq waqif and Mushaireb

أسوء شئ كان عدم جاهزية الشقة للسكن بشكل ملائم، فأبواب خزائن الملابس لم تكن مريحة والأرضية في الشقة تحتاج الى تبديل كما لم يتوفر الماء الساخن في حمام غرفة الماستر وكان يستغرق 15 دقيقة حتى يتدفق بعض الماء الساخن القليل للاستحمام! وعاى الرغم من الشكوى لم يتم تصليح المشكلة وبشكل عام فمن وجهة نظري لايجب توفير هذه الشقة لاي زبون قبل صيانتها بشكل تام وتحديثها.
I have booked a two bedroom apartment. The closest in the rooms were old and not convenient. Also, tiles were old with some cracks. The worst thing was the shower in the bathroom with no hot water and hardly water dripping. Despite my request to fix it, nothing done. I believe being a 5 star hotel, such room shall not be offered to anyone and the hotel need to work on reinovating such rooms and well maintained them.

Bad, will never visit again

Towels are smelly
No iron available and I had to call 3 times over two days to get one.
most of the times reception number is busy
I requested towels and it took an hour to get!
AC in room is hot and in hall is very cold and can't be controlled easily.
Shower water is hot always.
Some spotlights are flickering
You have to ask for room service and even though they don't come on time. One day we asked them to come at 11 AM and we went outside, once we came at 6 PM the room was still not cleaned!
At most it can be rated a 3 stars facility not 5 stars.

Bad service by all means! Check in will take you ages with only one employee at the desk! In case you need to leave the parking lots you have to call the service desk to allow you otherwise you'll be stuck with your car in the basement, noting that they will never answer your call because they are busy with the check in's!!
I contacted them at midnight asking for additional blanket, 3 calls and they answered only one and never delivered the blanket. I had to take 2 separated elevators just to reach the service desk where I found the employee filing papers and not taking the calls!!
