أتقدم لكم بجزيل الشكر على المستوى المميز لفريق الاستقبال. الموظف إسلام ( الجزائري ) أظهر احترافية عالية واهتمام بتفاصيل راحة الضيف، كانت عندي مشكلة في البطاقة البنكي وتأخرت في الدفع وأنتظر حتى حليت المشكلة وكان ودوداً ولطيفاً للغاية مما عكس الصورة الإيجابية للفندق. وجود موظف بهذا التميز هو سبب رئيسي لاختيار فندق النجادة مرة أخرى.

سي ازعاج العمال وغير نظيف وتسمع صوت السيارات واصوات قاعه الأفراح وغير نظيف المفارش وصاخه مدير الفندق غير صادق انا جلست يومين وحاجو ثلاث ايام وقلت له خلاص بطلع قال مافيه مشكله نرجع لك حق آخر ليله بس شوف بوكنجق وكلمت بوكنجق وقال هم الي رافضين والله مانصح احد فيه ايد
