سي ازعاج العمال وغير نظيف وتسمع صوت السيارات واصوات قاعه الأفراح وغير نظيف المفارش وصاخه مدير الفندق غير صادق انا جلست يومين وحاجو ثلاث ايام وقلت له خلاص بطلع قال مافيه مشكله نرجع لك حق آخر ليله بس شوف بوكنجق وكلمت بوكنجق وقال هم الي رافضين والله مانصح احد فيه ايد

The location if you are interested in Souq Waqef

Cons:

Don’t expect a clean modern place to stay in, we stayed in the apartments side and to reach to your apartment of the hotel you need to take 2 elevators which is not convenient. The hotel is old and their room service was not the best. Doesn’t worth the value, you can stay in better hotels in doha with a cheaper price

الشقه كانت جميله ونظيفه تنزل من الفندق مشي لسوق واقف والمترو ومشيرب والافطار كان متنوع ورائع الاطفال كانوا مستمتعين بالفندق والحمام نظيف وجدام الفندق في بقاله وحلاق ومطعم هندي اذا نبي شي بالليل

Clean. Comfy. Nice location near souq waqif.

Cons:

Staff are not welcoming at all. I see different nationalities treated different in front of me while I'm being ignored. I'm not sure if this normal for them. My reservation stated 2 adults and 2 children neither crib nor extra bed was provided. All we got is a one extra blanket. I had to pay for the parking even though the first couple of nights was free but I had to pay, I went the the reception to address the issue but as usual I was ignored, they waited knowing that I had to leave at some point. No refund, not even an apology. Of course we had to drag our bags all the way to the parking ourselves, they didn't even provide a trolly. The layout of the hotel is a maze where you have to switch elevators on different floors to get to your room. We had to figure that out ourselves no one showed us the way, not even when we first arrived. Shameful experience. By the way they took the parking receipt and never gave it back to me.

ما انصح فيه. متاهه عشان توصل للغرفه او الشقه، ولا يعلمونك الطريق، يعطونك الكرت ويقولك روح من هنا بينما لازم تغير المصعد ف الطابق اللي بعد ولا فجأه تلقى نفسك بالشارع ولا داخل قلعة افراح.
تعامل جاف وسيئ. اضطريت الدفع قيمة المواقف. وكل واحد يرمي المشله عالثاني ويلطعونك يدرون مضطر تمشي. ولا حتى اعتذار او تفهم. خذو وصل المبلغ اللي دفعته ولا رجعوه حتى. في الخروج محد يساعد جلسنا نسحب شناطنا من مصعد لمصعد لين وصلنا المواقف. طبعا التعامل مختلف تماما مع الجنسيات الثانيه، هذا شي قدام عيني سواء في الدخول او الخروج.
