Nice location, very modern, good toiletries, great rooftop pool. close to several restaurants.
Pros:

Location was good and loved the rooftop balcony with pool. Convenient to several restaurants to walk to. Attached parking garage overnight parking.

Cons:

More carpeting in room and a better chair to sit in.

Pros:

Modern design, perfect for bicycle travelers due to concrete floors and huge elevators. Lots of places to hang out in the building and attached restaurants.

Cons:

Neighborhood is still under development. Not much outside the hotel walls. Long walk to night life due to railroad tracks cutting off the neighborhood.

An exquisite GEM in the middle of a big city…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot say enough great things about this property. From the moment we arrived, Miss Alondra at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Her kindness and dedication truly made a lasting impression.
The amenities were fabulous, the food was delicious, and the pool was beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was spectacular—clean, comfortable, and exceeded all of our expectations.
Every aspect of our visit was outstanding, and the level of hospitality we received made us feel truly valued as guests. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Had a great time staying at The Source. Nice amenities, quiet rooms and comfy beds.
Pros:

Bad Front Desk Service
Pros:

I needed a receipt for my business expense for a stay and I called the front desk and the attendant couldn't find my stay. I assured her I had stayed there and my card was charged and she said she couldn't help and hung up. I literally tried back 11 times and she kept picking up and then hanging up. On the 12 the time she picked up and I asked for the manager and she said he would be in at 3pm. I asked for his name and she hung up on me again. I tried back four more times and she wouldn't pick up. The hotel was boutique and the stay was good while I was there but the rudeness of her tone and actions today would prevent me from staying there again.

Has potential it’s a cool layout, clean and comfortable but the management really needs to invest in training their staf
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and walkable to DT, food a services offered great, beautiful roof top bar

Cons:

Roof top staff on the Thursday evening we found to be unfriendly and felt we were inconveniencing them. Food however was well presented and delicious (when it finally came almost an hour and half later) even though there were only 6 of us looking at apps and they were not busy. Nice scene unpleasant serving experience .

Great area great vibes great food
Pros:

During my stay I had the pleasure of meeting Jake, Carlton and Alondra. They were all super fun and helpful. The rooftop pool is cute and so is the restaurant. The bar service at the rooftop restaurant wasn’t great-the male bartenders were un-attentive and a bit snobby! Get some female energy behind the bar please! My room was clean annd stocked and the soaking tub was AMAZING!! All in all it was a nice relaxing stay and I will definitely be back!
