Pros:

A nice place to stay fora few days. There are many places to eat and easy to get a taxi or a bus. Very close to the airport too.

The reception was very welcoming. The room was spacious. The kitchen was operational but the appliances are well used. Open the drawers and you get a musty odor. Not the feeling of a clean crisp accomodation. The bathroom was good but the soap dispenser didn't work. Perhaps with condo hotels it's right but there was nothing to eat or drink except for two bottles of water.

Moved to a terrible property across the street
Pros:

To be fair, I didn't stay at this condo but rather across the street due to internet being down where I booked but it felt like a downgrade and was very disappointing. Some of the issues:1) Terrible humidity/mold smell, seems as though room has been locked up for some weeks before our arrival with a/c off (should have been prepped/freshened up before guests arrival); provided air freshener which did LITTLE to remove terrible smell, especially bad odor every time on re-entry but even while in the room, constant moldy stink! 2) Refrigerator wasn't plugged in and had to pull it out from the wall to get the cord and plug it in; once it was cold, the door was near impossible to open and required unreasonable force just to open the door. 3) TV not plugged in and had to pull out a bed from the wall to see that and plug it in; TV hung crooked/lob sided on the wall. 4) Hangar bar inside stand alone closet fell down. 5) Safe is locked and no instructions on how to open/use it. 6) No hand soap, toiletries (toothbrush/paste, etc.) and no slippers, a standard in Phil. 7) Internet speed was TERRIBLE to support streaming content. 8) 1 glass provided, 1 soup/cereal bowl, 3 coffee mugs, 5 plates, 3 saucers, adequate cutlery, 1 frying pan (no pots) 9) Light over the sink and the ceiling fan in WC not working 10) Need a new washroom mirror as a lot of silver gone, right at eye level 11) Wall clock stuck at 7 pm 12) Microwave not plugged in & cord couldn't reach outlet ... and more. Lots to fix!

really walking distance from/ to terminal 3; super friendly staff in the lobby aware of your booking and instantly assisting you to your room... a room/ apartment just nothing is missing. very good value for your money!

Pros:

No airport shuttle, but it is a .9 mile walk to T3 (MNL). There is a footbridge over the main thoroughfare. It is not advisable to try crossing the highway. There are chain-link fences to discourage those trying to take a short cut to T3. I doubt that it is passable, and probably not permitted to avoid the foot bridge. It is about 1500 pesos for a white cab to T3.

The noise is extreme specially all through the night with the honking, sirens, motorcycles, jeeps,cars etc. makes it difficult to get rest on top of the hard, uncomfortable bed.

I pad for the most expensive room (comfort condo) and when I arrived I was put in the cheapest studio instead. When I asked why this happened, I was told that they double booked the room and that they could move me 10 days into my 16 day trip... I asked if I would be refunded the difference and was no. I called Orbitz twice to try and get the issue resolved, once when I checked in and then agan 8 days later after also dealing with other issues. Orbitz basically told me that I was out of luck and to try to work it out with the front desk... even though I told them that the front desk said they cant do anything because the rented out rooms are privately owned. Orbitz also offered me "Orbucks" for the issues and then never credited them to my account.

Now on to the other issues, as I mentioned... originally I was put in the cheaper room. This room, mainly the bathroom was infested with roaches, the microwave and the counter cook top also didnt work and the aircon sounded like a jet engine and dripped into the room. I asked to be moved... 4 days latter they moved me into a different room, the TV in this room didnt work and again, the cook top didnt work, this room was also roach infested.... finally after waiting, they put, me in the rom I actually paid for, this rooms microwave and water kettle didnt work, and you could feel the springs through the mattress.

This completely ruined my trip... NEVER BOOK HERE.
