Pros:

Overall good experience however the hotel is known by “Grand Castle in” not by classic room. This caused lot of confusion when you tell cab driver to go to classic rooms and he doesn’t know where to go.

Pros:

I liked that it was close to the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple. And the hotel provided Temple pick up and instructions.

The staff were nice and friendly. But the amenities are not up to par. We got hard and lumpy beds. And the toilet took some time and tries to flush properly.
