La señora Sandy fue muy amable en todo momento. La cama fue cómoda y la ubicación estaba cerca del centro histórico.

Cuando llegamos, nos dieron una habitación EXTREMADAMENTE PEQUEÑA. No se veía nada como en las fotos. No tenía ni 1 ventana al exterior. Al solicitar una con ventana, me cobraron $60 por el cambio. Sí, me dieron una medianamente mejor, pero, insisto, las habitaciones no se ven como en las fotos. El desayuno fue pésimo. Si se atreven a ofrecer desayuno con la estadía, por favor, ofrezcan algo bueno. Los huevos SIEMPRE estuvieron fríos. El día del check out, necesitábamos dejar nuestras maletas en el hotel y nos cobraron (no fue algo significativo), pero después de pasar 4 días en el hotel, lo mínimo es que dejen guardar las maletas allí gratuitamente.

Incredible staff, great access to transportation, and breakfast views to make mornings perfect
Pros:

The staff was amazing, the suite was comfortable, and the view at breakfast never got old. We loved this place and want to return. Everything that we had questions about, they had easy answers for. Wonderful

Cons:

One room in the hotel lacks any windows or ventilation, our room was ideal, but we saw that there was that one room.

Atenção e educação dos funcionários, conforto da cama e limpeza de tudo.

Cons:

Ficamos 5 días e todos os dias o café da manhã vem pão com ovos, nunca uma manteiga ou queijo.. É saudável mas ainda sim acaba enjoando quem não é acostumado só comer ovo mexido pelas manhãs. Nos colocaram num quarto ao lado onde lava as roupas de cama, a noite toda com barulho de máquina de lavar, mas num geral foi bom.. tirando essas coisas..

The staff, the transportation access, the room were all ideal.
Pros:

Top staff. Friendly and helpful. Sandra, Luis, Kevin,Santiago. All of them are the best and we are planning to come back to stay here again. Easy access to the Metro and Eco bus stop. Near a grocery store and across the park from a good churrasqueria

Cons:

One room (not ours) did not have windows or ventilation. That would be a tough stay
