Pros:

La ubicación excelente, cerca de la estación de metro y de comercios.
El hotel no cuenta con ascensor y el desayuno es en el 4to piso.
Desayuno rico pero siempre igual.
La coordinación de los tours es en el mismo hotel, por lo que no hay que trasladarse.

Cons:

La zona se sentía insegura por la noche.

Amazing!
Pros:

This has been my favorite stay in Ecuador. The place is within walking distance to the city centre and the rooms are very comfortable. However, the most outstanding thing was the personnel. They agreed to received an important letter for me and communicated openly with me in all aspects. I think they were amazing

Da limpeza
Da simpatia dos funcionários

Cons:

Muitas escadas pra se chegar até o hotel e mais escadas pra se chegar ao café da manhã.
O quarto mt apertado, mal dá pra se mover e nem há onde se colocar uma mala (se forem duas pessoas)

Habitaciones cómodas ya que solo la usamos para dormir

Cons:

El establecimiento me cobró un valor diferente al ofertado en booking, al preguntar porque, su respuesta fue que era el cobro por usar la datafas 🫩(9$).
La zona donde está no es recomendable andar a altas horas de la noche…

La actitud de la trabajadora me pareció buena, además del personal en general es bueno.

Cons:

Esta un poco deteriorado, es entendible que por el precio no va a ser un hotel de lujo pero la habitación a la que llegué estaba un poco sucia el día que llegué. No me importó mucho ya que estaba exhausto, pero pues en general la estancia es buena.

The people working here are really nice. I'm disabled but can walk, I was on the 3rd floor and ask to be moved downstairs and it was no problem
