Great hotel
Pros:

24H Supermarket next to hotel, good ramen restaurant nearby.

The hotel itself provides luggage storage on checkin day and checkout day.

Staff is very friendly, they try to help in English and phone translation.

Next to the hotel lobby is a breakfasts restaurant which costs ¥1000, we didnt try it so can't say anything about the quality.
In the lobby itself are some stools and tables you can eat at next to a vending machine.

We booked a big room, very clean.
The bed was a bit small but big for japanese standards.

Cons:

The light switches for the room are controlled at the bed panel, this wasn't quite clear at first as they where hidding behind the pillows

Pros:

駐車場があり車で行くのも問題ないが、6台くらいしかないので事前予約が必要。ネット予約に駐車場要否の項目が無いのが良くない。当日駐車できないと困るので、自分の場合は個別に電話で予約をした。
