Für ein Wochenende ansprechend wie ausreichend!
Pros:

Die Lage! Man ist zu Fuß binnen 5min am Bahnhof oder der Einkaufszentrum (Forum) bzw. der Fußgängerzone, als auch dem Hallenbad. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Hotel.

Cons:

Es liegt am Innenstadtring und damit eben doch an einer Hauptstraße. Hat man ein Zimmer zur Straße, dann hört man bei geöffnetem Fenster die auch nachts häufig fahrenden Pkw. Bei geschlossenem Fenster geht es noch, aber dennoch auch merklich hörbar.

Pros:

Gute Lage im Zentrum. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof. Parkplätze am Haus. Geräumiges Zimmer. Geräumige Duschkabine. Rolläden vorm Fenster vorhanden.

Wenn der Lüfter nicht wäre, ein guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren meist freundlich. Selten sagte die Frau des Hauses "Guten Morgen", was ich als unhöflich empfinde. Der Herr des Hauses war aber immer freundlich. Das Frühstück fand ich ganz wunderbar und konnte es meinen Bedürfnissen entsprechend anpassen lassen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, wenn man schnell in die Stadt, zur Fachhochschule etc möchte. Ausserdem gibt es sicher kein Hotel mit besserem Preisleistungsverhältnis. (Abgesehen von dem verdammten Lüfter im Bad!)

Cons:

Mein Zimmer lag unglücklicherweise an der Strasse. Man konnte eigentlich ohne enorme Lärmemission das Fenster nicht öffnen. Es ist so laut, dass ich einen Film von meinem Macbook auf voller Lautstärke nicht hören konnte. Ausserdem lag direkt gegenüber die Tafel, die jeden Morgen meines Aufenthalts von ungefähr 50 Leuten besucht wurde, die einem permanent ins Fenster schauten während der langen Wartezeit. Zu meinem unfassbaren "Glück" passend, ging der der Ventilator im Bad ständig an. Zu jeder Tageszeit. Den Trigger konnte ich nicht feststellen. Angeblich hat er einen Feuchtigkeitssensor. So wurde ich trotz Ohropax jede Nacht von dem Ding mehrfach geweckt. Teilweise drehte er so richtig auf und wurde lauter, dann wieder leiser. Schrecklich.
