Breakfast area reported dirty (breakfast floor dirty); no widespread praise for housekeeping, so cleanliness is below average but not extremely poor.
Service
9.5
Multiple mentions of very friendly, non-confrontational and helpful staff; guests received an upgrade after complaint—service is a clear strength despite one booking/fulfillment failure.
Location
5.5
Several guests noted the location is not ideal (10–15 minutes drive from railway) and one mentioned a power plant across the street—location is a notable drawback.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious, modern and with good mattresses; one guest experienced AC problems (fixed by upgrade) and a wrong-bed assignment issue—overall rooms are strong but with some comfort/service incidents.
Amenities
9
Facilities and amenities praised (sports complex, tennis court visible, generally excellent facilities)—amenities are a strong positive in reviews.
Value for Money
8
Mixed comments: positive 'good price quality' impressions and complimentary upgrades, but at least one guest felt an upgrade purchase was wasted—overall value leans positive.
Food and Beverage
5.5
Food received negative comments (room-service meals described as poor and small portions); breakfast variety appreciated by some, but food quality is a weakness.

pleasant
Pros:

the staff are super nice, the room and the facilities are excellent. I saw the tennis court in the sports complex from my room, not sure if it's open to public. If yes, that will be wonderful.

Cons:

the location is not that ideal if you look for a place close to the railway station. it's still 10-15 minutes drive.

Stay away, there are better hotels in the city.
Pros:

I did not enjoy this hotel because the promise was not fulfilled.

Cons:

I upgraded my room to a four-bed one through Booking.com, but I was given a room with only two beds. As a result, the extra money I paid was wasted!

Wouldn’t Stay Again - Bad Area , Bad AC , Bad Food
Pros:

It’s a relatively new hotel. The rooms are quite modern. However the air conditioning is controlled centrally. This was annoying as the AC was stuck at 26 degrees for the whole floor. It was like being inside a moggy lizard tank. Also the hotel is across the street from a giant power plant with two huge smoke stacks. It’s quite an ugly sight and not got for the lungs I am sure. The room service food was also very bad I ordered the steak , fish and chips and then a sandwich as all portions are small. It is really not up to the standard i would set for a western chain hotel. The food was edible at best. All in all I would not stay here again! The only positive point I would highlight they did upgrade my room to a suite after I complained about the AC. The staff were non confrontational and helpful.
