The reasonable price for a room was amazing for what you all got. They have free appetizers and free drinks(up to 3) in the evening from 5:30-7:00pm! The “appetizers” were basically a free meal! Then, of course, a free morning breakfast which was very adequate. Location was awesome and easy to get to right off the interstate. Free parking is always a bonus

Spotless and the customer service was second to none.

Pleased with the use of real plates and flatware instead of plastic and paper. Also the fact that there were no foam cups. Staff encountered was friendly. Parking was adequate. The coffee was good and there were plenty of choices Of different types of food.

The bed was comfortable the pillows were not too fat and the room was quiet. The elevator was fast.

Great stay. We needed an overnight stop while traveling across Iowa and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff was beyond nice and it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We arrived too late for the evening reception (shoot) but could walk to several restaurants and fast food in the area. Breakfast was a step above your typical hotel breakfast.

Excellent experience. The location of the property was great - we were able to hop on and off the interstate quickly and there were several good restaurant options nearby. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and the room was spacious and well maintained. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding - there was a wide variety of food options that could meet any dietary needs/desires (from eggs to oatmeal to waffles).

We needed to quickly make reservations for multiple rooms and early arrival because our family had experienced the death of a parent. The Management could not have been more quick to respond to our situation and make our nearly weeklong stay as comfortable as possible. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was lovely every morning. I could not give a more grandiose review of this property.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. On a recommendation from a friend, we booked several days at the Drury Inn in Coralville, IA. This is our first stay at the Drury Inn and, in the future, we will always look for one of their hotels when we travel. The hotel is very clean and has a nice, modern feel to it. The lobby is spacious and has a variety of comfortable seating areas. The breakfast had the usual selections, with “real” oatmeal and great coffee. One thing of note is regular dishes and silverware, which you never see at most hotel breakfast buffets. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawer and closet space. I always prefer a shower only, which our room had. We opted for a “refresh” service, with new towels everyday and our trash emptied daily. The beds were very comfy. The hotel has great sound proofing, as we were close to the highway, but our room was very quiet. Also, we loved the climate control in the room. There was no “noisy” a/c to cycle on and off. We just set the thermostat and had comfortable room temperatures our entire stay. They have a nice evening option with food & drinks. Although it was nice to know this food option was available, we had other evening plans and did not partake, This hotel is close to shopping and many restaurants. It is also a great location if you have any activities at the University of Iowa. I usually do not give 5 star reviews to this level hotel, but this facility definitely deserves our rating. I hope to see Drury expand their hotels throughout the US.
