Pros:

A place to sleep.

Cons:

The front desk manager was rude check-in. Our room smelled so strongly of perfume and cleaning supplies, we hardly slept. The refrigerator didn't stay cold and the a/c barely worked. Breakfast was underwhelming compared to other Drury locations. And after all that, I was not charged the correct rate -- which apparently happens frequently -- and had to call for the refund.

Pros:

The staff is so wonderful and kind.

Cons:

The only negative will end up being a positive- there was construction that caused some minor inconveniences but it seems like a positive improvement.
