Pros:

Eine reichhaltige Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Die Lage um Bremen fußgängig zu erkunden ist ideal.
Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus für 3,50 € für 24 Stunden ist 300 mtr. entfernt.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Junior Suite gebucht. Die "Suite" wird mit 35m² beworben. Dies ist für das Zimmer keinesfalls zutreffend. Das Zimmer ist ungünstig geschnitten und hat max. 25m². Die Dachterrasse ist dafür groß, aber vor allem im Norden bei Regen ungenutzte Fläche. Durch die Platzierung des Fernsehers mitten im Zimmer als Raumtrenner haben wir uns sehr eingeengt gefühlt.
Im akzeptablen Duschbad war der Handduschkopf nicht feststellbar, da der Halter an der Stange defekt war. Außerdem fehlte an der kleinen Küchennische das Licht, sodass die dunkle Ecke nicht nutzbar war. Wir haben sowohl die falsche Größenangabe als auch Dusche und Licht beim freundlichen und bemühten Personal reklamiert. Aber weder ein Zimmerwechsel aufgrund Ausbuchung war möglich, noch wurden der Handbrausefeststeller noch das fehlende Licht während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthaltes repariert.

Gutes Stadthotel mit schlechter Zimmerreinigung
Pros:

Das einfache check-in, die geräumigen Zimmer und ein gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück haben uns gefallen. Obwohl das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel. Trotz unserer Beschwerde fand an keinem der Tage eine Reinigung des Zimmers statt. Lediglich frische Handtücher hat man uns an der Rezeption ausgehändigt.
