Great location for the City - only 10 minutes walk to London Bridge and 2mins from Tower Bridge.
Room was large, modern and very comfortable.

We chose the location specifically, as wanted to be close to the City of London. However this hotel might not be suitable if you want to be more central, as it is 10 mins from nearest tube station.
Old and stylish, room modern, a little tired but had everything we wanted.

Very stylish hotel with a nice sized comfy room, lovely bar too.
Our only criticism was the tea & coffee hadn’t been refilled and there was no hotel information in the room like room service menu.
Great location - just around the corner from Tower Bridge. Bus just outside hotel, easy walk (or bus) to London Bridge station.
Breakfast food very good. Had not pre-booked breakfast as was not sure if we were going to eat breakfast at hotel each morning or not. But ate from the breakfast menu each day - delicious food. Probably would have been better if we had pre-booked breakfast when the hotel sent an email beforehand with add-ons - which offered breakfast at a discounted price.
Sliding door in bedroom between bathroom and wardrobe. Could only close door on one or the other.

The location, service, breakfast, and general atmosphere was fantastic
There was nothing we didn’t like. Our only comments were that the twin room we stayed in didn’t have a dressing table/seat with a mirror which wasn’t ideal when trying to put make up on. There also wasn’t a hairdryer (although it may be that we just couldn’t find it!). The hotel was fantastic and the comments are just to reflect what would take a fantastic hotel to a perfect hotel.

Staff weren't great. Poor attitudes and when checking in my partner was there before me and the lady behind the desk was very rude to him. Especially as id put in the notes that this was a surprise night stay for him.
Beautiful building . Great rooms with lovely showers . Great buffet breakfast . Staff so welcoming and attentive . Also , wonderfully perfumed !!!

Breakfast plentiful but quality not great
We stayed 5 nights but room wasn’t serviced on 3 days. When we called reception someone attended but did half a job eg tea, coffee and water wasn’t replenished.
