nice hotel but booking and aging extra for a late 1m check out to then receive 3 hone calls and 3 see rate role knocking on our door at 11am to 11.3am ruined our stay and late checkout so very dissaointing and we would not return because of this I don’t know why there were no comms between your staff, also sitting in the bar which is open untill 1m only haveing the lights switch off while finishing our drinks was very rude considering how much we urchased. A hotel like this should have later opening times

We didnt get the service of facilities or service that was advertised. The food in the bar bad.

The location is close to where we needed to be., unfortunately its not close to the tube network

Cons:

The restaurant was closed for evening food only opened as a breakfast room. The cocktail bar provided bar food. the comfort level was poor as each time the front doors opened a blast of wind ran through the bar eating area. The staff said they coundnt close the doors ad they were fire doors. Very uncomfortable
