Pros:

Staff were outstanding on reception and in the courtroom bar. Breakfast staff need improvement.
Public rooms are amazing 👏🏼

Room (224) smelt a bit stale - like someone had smoked in there

Pros:

The hotel itself is nicely located and has everything what is needed and expected, but the dposit blocking policy is not ok from my opinion (see below)

Cons:

The hotel blocked a deposit not only for the room but also wrongly for another room and it tooks approx 2 weeks to release it although it was promised at check-out to be release in 1-2 days.
