أعطيتهم ملابس يغسلوها ضيعوها وبالمشاكل طلعت الملابس وكانت مرمية لمدة ثلاث أيام

There is a conversation between me and Booking.com customer service.
Super clean, extremely kind, informative and friendly staff. Excellent AC, clean showers, hot water 24/7. Breakfast staff were super friendly and kind and a good selection. Even with English not being their first language, they went above and beyond to make everything pleasant, welcoming and enjoyable for us. I’m super introverted but they still made me feel at home. The beds were super comfortable and they had a pool, spa and sauna downstairs.
I didn’t get wifi in my room but I think that’s because it was located at the end of the building. I didn’t request any help with it either so it’s not really their fault as they would always resolve a problem whenever I’d ask.
Świetna lokalizacja blisko głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Śniadania urozmaicone - nikt nie powinien być głodny:).
Sympatyczna strefa basen ,sauny.
Pokój trochę wymaga remontu ale na przespanie wystarczy. Problemy z windą ale są 2.
