Very Disappointing
Pros:

Apart from the location everything else about this hotel was disappointing! Customer service is non existent!

Cons:

No hand-wash soap. No shower gel, no hangers to hang your clothes. Just eggs, cucumbers and bread for breakfast. And for almost 1 full day No water. No water for the sink, tge toilet or shower!

Horror Hotel. Wer türkisch moslemische Gastfreundschaft erwartet sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Cons:

Laut Angebot des Dodo Hotel Spa Old City Zimmer gebucht unter anderem mit folgender Ausstattung: Größe 23 qm, City View, Safe vorhanden, Whirlpool Wanne im Bad.
Bei nächtlicher Ankunft, erste Mängel festgestellt, WC Sitz defekt und kein Safe zur Sicherheit vorhanden. Am selben Abend noch reklamiert. Zusage der Rezeption man werde sich am folgenden Tag um Abhilfe bemühen.
Am nächsten Tag keine Reaktion. Bei Tageslicht, Hinterhof Blick auf vermüllte Terrasse.
Wenn Gast im Zimmer über uns duschte regnete es Abwasser durch unsere Badezimmer Decke. Bei uns im Bad auch keine Whirlpool Wanne. Zimmerschloss mit Chipkarte auch über Tage, nach täglicher Reklamation, ohne einwandfreie Funktion.
Zimmer Größe stellte sich als 15 qm raus. Ins Zimmer verschafften wir uns in der Form dann Einlass, indem ich die Chipkarte in den Türspalt zwischen Tür Falle und Schnapper schob, dadurch ließ sich dann die Tür öffnen. Erste Zimmer Reinigung erfolgte erst am 4 Tag und auch nur auf Reklamation. Um anderes Zimmer gebeten. Ausrede man sei voll belegt und daher wären auch die Zimmermädchen voll beschäftigt und hätten keine Zeit alle Zimmer zu reinigen. Auf Hotel Plattform hätten wir ein anderes Zimmer buchen können??
Der Spa Bereich erwies sich als Kellerloch, mit unbeheiztem Pool, verdrecktem Dampfbad und verdreckter Sauna. Beim morgendliche Frühstücks Buffett fehlten regelmäßig entweder mal Besteck oder Tassen. Dann gab es mal kein Brot mehr oder Tee und wenn das Wasser der Kaffeemaschine aufgebraucht war, gab es auch kein Kaffee mehr. Die Servicemitarbeiter standen gelangweilt am Tresen, räumten die Tische mit schmutzigem Geschirr, auch nur auf Aufforderung ab. Standen entweder mit Händen in den Hosentaschen oder am Handy spielend rum. Nach erneuter Beschwerde am 4 Tag erklärte mir dem anwesenden Rezeptionisten er werde mit mir nicht sprechen und ich solle verschwinden. (Original: I don´t talk to you, piss off.) Auf die Beschwerde beim Buchungsportal beim Hotel, W-lan gesperrt.
