Pros:

A total disgrace for a 4-star hotel. We were kept waiting for two hours, only to be screamed at and threatened by the manager, who then cancelled our 5-night booking on the spot. His behavior was unprofessional and intimidating

Pros:

Местоположение удобное для туристов , если вы в первый раз и хотите посмотреть старый город . Есть бассейн и парилка.

Cons:

В номере не работал туалет , нас перевели на 4 этаж , там не работал вай фай, обратно пришли на 3 этаж , а там тараканы, напор воды слабый . Бассейн находится в подвале и нету раздевалки , не выдали халат , приходится на старом лифте спускаться и подниматься . На завтрак каждый день одно и тоже . Персонал плохо работает . Директор не контролирует сервис . Я никому не советую этот отель 🥲
