PERSONAL ein Desaster; Hotel und Lage sind aber TOP
Pros:

1.LAGE; ist perfekt in der Altstadt, Fußläufig zu blaue Mosche, Hagia Sophia, aber auch Meer
2. Wellnessangebot; Pool und Sauna Gratis und bis 22/23h offen; Hamam und Massage gegen Gebühr
3. Cafe aus der Machine war sehr gut
4. Wlan Gratis, obwohl man ohnehin eine E-Sim braucht; Tourist Sim kostet € 40 E-Sim kostet € 4!

Cons:

1.Das Personal ist ein Desaster, das bezahlte und zugesagte größere Zimmer bekam ich nicht
2.Der zugesagte Weckruf erfolgte auch nicht; das gab es noch nirgend wo auf der Welt
3.Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8h; eher 8:30, weil um 8 bis 8.10 beginnen Sie mal mit den Vorbereiten damit Sinnlos, keine Säfte
4.Tresor funktionierte nicht, wurde binnen 3 Tage auch nicht repariert oder getauscht nur leere Versprechungen
Das Personal an der Rezeption hat auch nicht zu tun, es spielt 24h am Tag Handy, aber man will dort halt nichts arbeiten, ich würde alle SOFORT KÜNDIGEN; es ist Schade um das schöne gut ausgestattete Hotel in der LAGE!!!

Con poco si può migliorare
Pros:

Il personale gentilissimo, la posizione eccellente, il manager disponibile.

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere molto veloce e superficiale.
I letti tutti diversi e scomodi.
Il bagno con il tetto macchiato di muffa, l'ariatore del bagno non funzionante o inesistente.
Basta veramente poco per migliorare

A localização é o melhor ponto do hotel

Cons:

Pequeno almoço péssimo, 4 dias e não havia nada para beber a não ser água, pouca variedade nos produtos, a não repetir sem dúvida alguma
