The staff were exceptionally, helpful and friendly. The meals we had in the restaurant were good but limited. I’m a vegetarian who is not fond of curries or spicy dishes.
The bathroom too small and a shower over a bath is not ideal for me. The water pressure was so low the shower was more of a trickle than a cleansing shower.

The bed not comfortable,room too hot.The bathroom had mould top of ceiling and in the standing shower.The fan in the room was very dusty,limited plug ins.

The outdoor bar area is so beautiful, we had food and it was lovely, the bar staff were all really friendly. It’s right next to the river which was stunning. There was also a large car park behind the hotel and the parking fee was covered as we were staying over night. The staff were also really helpful and informative when we checked in!! 10/10

Breakfast should be included. The rooms are expensive for what you get. Rooms could do with some updating. Showers over a bath need updating. For this price point I would expect a walk in shower.
