Pros:

Location good, room size and good. Car park good. Friendly helpful cleaning staff. 😁

Cons:

The door swipe wasn't immediately noticeable at entrance to building.
The beds were on wheels and kept moving.😣 Pillows not comfortable. 🙁

Excellent hotel, good facilities, excellent location.
Pros:

The room was well proportioned, the bed very comfy and the facilities overall were very good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were always very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Snowdonia and the North Wales coast area. Good car parking.

Cons:

Wi-fi coverage in the bedroom was very sporadic. Given that the hotel is set in an old building perhaps this was to be expected. It did not detract from the overall stay.

Staff fantastic, location fantastic, clean rooms

Cons:

Starting to show it's age, shabby in places, breakfast wasn't included for such a high price.
The menu in the bar wasn't impressive, actually worse than last year,. The pay at table was so frustrating we gave up and left

Excellent value for money
Pros:

It was beautifully situated and the rooms were great. The staff were friendly and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. Made the stay really enjoyable

The shower was not very good as no power.

It was nice but not exceptional. Parking was awful as car park full. Should be residents bays

The staff were great. Breakfast was great. Room was comfy enough. Nice bed

Cons:

Parking issues. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Room location awful looking out onto roof tops, yard with discarded sinks. Paid a lot less and got more at other hotels in the area on past visits
