Comfortable lodge room at the rear of the main hotel. Clean and comfortable. Rate included all day parking the day of check OUT so could spend longer in the location. Lovely meal at the restaurant. Great value deal.
Nothing
Staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. We loved the location as well. Food was brilliant and accommodated my requests.
My only complaint was that our radiator kept banging throughout the night and so we didn't actually sleep that well. It was enough to wake my partner who usually sleeps through anything.
We stayed for one night, and every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and provided everything we needed for a family.
Nice to stay in a old style hotel that hasn’t been over modernised. Perfect location where everything was close by
We visited at Easter and wanted a hotel not too far away from Mount Snowdon, the hotel is in a great location and had a lively buzzing vibe. Fabulous place and I would recommend staying here.
It was hard to get a parking space as it was the Easter bank holiday weekend.
Could not have asked for a better experience
Staff Staff Staff Brilliant
Distance from reception
The Oak was lovely .. loved the period features .
The only flaw was the internet signal in the room was poor .
Location superb, the evening meal disappointing, breakfast excellent
Evening meal. My daughter and I shared a starter, neither of us were very hungry after a huge lunch and that was definitely very disappointing
