En bref, c'est un agréable séjour.

Le petit déjeuner était bien et la vue de notre emplacement était magnifique. C'était un séjour agréable et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié surtout l'espace et auraient aimé passer plus de temps que possibles.

En effet, la première impression en entrant était "WOW" mais dans les détails il y avait des fils d'araignée au plafond. La poignée de la porte de la chambre était brisée et ne pouvait pas rester coller à la porte. De plus, du sol, on pouvait trouver des objets des autres personnes qui y étaient avant nous. Enfin, pas assez de gel de douche pour se baigner. IL fallait utiliser le savon de mains.

Lage und Zimmer waren großartig, wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf Ottawa.

Cons:

Das Frühstück kann man - wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Umbauten- leider nur als furchtbar einstufen, da hat man am Flughafen eine bessere Atmosphäre. Zudem ist die Auswahl wirklich schlecht. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich wirkte überfordert. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

La colazione una delusione: poco assortimento e poche quantita.
Artivati in stanza il secondo letto non fatto e neppure il secondo giorno è stato rifatto.
