Pour 4 la chambre familiale était petite pour le prix! De plus il manquait 1 serviette et du shampoog cest tres désagréable de manquer de savon au moment ou on lave les cheveux des enfants en remontant de la piscine !!

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter à pied !

Cons:

Odeur peu agréable dans la chambre
Décoration un peu défraîchie
Il manquait de la vaisselle dans la kitchenette alors que nous étions 3.
Le canapé lit avait une literie très inconfortable.

Two comfortable nights in Ottawa, all sights walkable.
Pros:

Location, all sights easily walkable. We had an excellent quiet suite, plenty of space with a kitchen.
Comfortable large bed and a sofa bed.

Cons:

Small breakfast buffet area very busy because hotel full with children attending a sports event. Assume less likely to run out of items at other times.

place was awesome, food not so much.
Pros:

horrible!!! the stay was nice the food was something awful. half cooked hamburger and fries that taste like curly fries from a foodbank. the breakfast was rubbery and the eggs were runny. the chef needs to go.

Cons:

the restaurant. trying to make simple foods too fancy. when someone wants a hamburger and fries thats what we expect.

Pros:

L’appartamento è meraviglioso. Posizione eccellente servita da tutto e qualsiasi attrazione e’ raggiungibile a piedi

Cons:

In booking va evidenziato che bisogna lasciare anche una cauzione di €300. E’ ben giustificata considerato l’alto livello della struttura , però è giusto metterlo ben in evidenza.

Guests in pool wearing t-shirts /underwear.
Should have bacon every day for breakfast.
Not good quality breakfast like you have at a Hilton in Germany.
Repeatedly had issues with parking pass not working.
