The location is excellent, with easy access to all the city's main attractions. The apartment is comfortable and includes a convenient kitchenette, which was very useful during our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, on the day we arrived, a major storm hit the city, and the hotel sustained some damage. As a result, we experienced a few issues with our room and with breakfast. However, the hotel staff handled the situation professionally and did their best to resolve the problems, which we really appreciated.

Awesome hotel, close to walk to everything, bedroom was great and customer service was spot on
Pros:

Bedroom was great due to it being large and having more than enough facilities for a prolonged stay without making it feel too corporate. The bar was easy to access and attend even at a busy period. Easily walkable to most of Ottawa's attractions and bars and shops and a stone throw in a taxi/drive to anywhere else. Staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

Cons:

I think at the bar there could have been an extra person working/ supporting the one tender at busy hours, as we did have to wait a while due to amount of customers.

Gutes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern in ruhiger zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand und insbesondere die Großen Zimmer/Suiten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check-Inn verlief sehr zügig. Da wir mit einem großen SUV unterwegs waren, konnten wir die hoteleigene Tiefgerage nicht nutzen. Zwei Häuserblocks weiter befindet sich jedoch ein öffentlicher "Open-Air-Parkplatz", der uns von der Rezeption empfohlen wurde (Impark - 272 Queen Street Lot 160). Der Indoor-Pool ist sehr groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels im Regierungsviertel ist sehr gut und man kann in Ottawa alles zu Fuß erreichen. Eine Straße weiter befindet sich die Sparks Street, in der einige Geschäften und verschiedene Restaurant mit Außenterrassen vorhanden sind.

Cons:

Die Speisenauswahl des amerikanischen Frühstücks ist etwas begrenzt. Insbesondere das Angebot an frischem Obst sowie Wurst und Käse könnte etwas größer sein. Es wurde Wegwerfgeschirr (Teller, Becher) verwendet, damit eine Mitarbeitern den ganzen großem Frühstücksraum alleine managen kann. Aus ökologischen Aspekten ist das nicht in Ordnung! Es gibt bei Frühstück nur schwarzen Filterkaffee und keine Kaffeespezialtiäten wie Cappuccino, Milchkaffee, Expresso...... Darüber hinaus sah es an der Pfannkuchestation sehr unaufgeräumt aus und alles war mit Pfannhuchenteig verschmiert. Am Buffet wurde wie im Frühstücksraum an Personal gespart.

Pros:

Très accessible, L'accueil est très chaleureux et le petit déjeuner pour tout les goûts et correspondants à tout les régimes alimentaires. C'était un super séjour

Mostly everything, the bathroom without bath mat could make you slip after bathing. No sink inside bathroom to wash hands. Squeaky bed. Dirty coffee maker. No water to drink had to go to the opposite food basis to get water. The bottle offered were $2 each.
