Le personnel accueillant et souriant tjrs prêt à répondre aux besoins des clients.
Bien situé a proximité de plusieurs sites et activités à faire.

Cons:

Rien à signaler de négatif sauf le déjeuner qui se termine à 9h30 c'est un peu tôt pour moi lorsque je suis en vacances. J'aurais préféré 10h30.

Super nice staff all around. Big rooms for a family of 5, pool with towels provided. Room were clean .

Honestly the only thing that bothered me was that at the restaurant (not the braeakfast one) there was no table for 5+ people with normal seating. We had to seat at the table with the sofa and it was not practical but we managed

Bon choix d’hôtel pour un séjour à Ottawa en famille
Pros:

Bon hôtel pour les familles avec les grandes chambres incluant une cuisinette, la grande piscine, le stationnement intérieur et le petit déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

Le sofa-lit n’est pas confortable. Ça fonctionne pour les enfants mais pas pour des adultes.

I’m gonna give a 4 the score the breakfast not so good

The receptionist she don’t keep her promise she say one thing then she Change her mind all of sudden.. I asked for the room upper room she said ok no problem most the room is clean anyway then all of a sudden she said no you stay in the 2nd room front of the building very disappointed

The best stay I could've possibly asked for, beyond lucky to take a chance on this place. The best!!
Pros:

Solid variety, great open clean eating room - absolutely perfect. I would appreciate more GF options and more protein but it was actually basically perfect!
