The hotel provides a wonderful experience
Pros:

The welcome at the hotel is very kind; the staff makes me feel right at home.
The facilities are beautiful, stylishly decorated, and the rooms are quite comfortable

Cons:

The restaurant was fine, but since they serve guests from two hotels, the wait time to be seated is a bit long, as is the wait for food—in other words, they should be serving meals a little faster.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but I understand it was just for one night.

Pros:

Room was comfy and large for 1 person. Pretty clean.
Nice little laundry area, very clean and tidy

Cons:

Buffet breakfast needs improvement. Selection was not very interesting and I don't recall see a lot of fresh fruit.
I specifically wanted to use the pool.. the chemicals in the pool area.. ie chlorine was very strong and stung my eyes.
Starting to look a little shabby in places.

Magnifique suite pour des vacances en amoureux
Pros:

J’ai adoré la chambre, le personnel mais surtout la vue sur la rivière des Outaouais.

Cons:

J’ai moins aimé le service et organisation du déjeuner… j’aurais aussi aimer savoir que pour l’ascenseur, on doit scanner la carte !!!

reasonably prices, clean, functional corporate accommodation
Pros:

Convenient quiet location, 15 minutes to main city sights, shops etc. Spacious, clean and attractive room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was fair - reasonable choice but only self service basic coffee, undrinkable synthetic juices, no fruit salad, poor quality yoghurts, lots of tiny single use plastic portions and self clearing like a school canteen. Weirdly, swimming pool had no changing rooms.

Nie wieder!
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Sauberkeit, Lage, Waffeln zum Selbstbacken.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für uns extrem unzufriedenstellend: Es gab keine Wurst- und Käseauswahl. Lediglich Weißbrot, Bagels, Muffins, harte Croissants, verschiedene süße Aufstriche, Rührei. Zusätzlich ein American Breakfast = Tacos, Brotpudding, Overnight Oats, Porridge, 3 verschiedene Obstsorten. Wirklich alles was ich gegessen habe, hat nicht geschmeckt!
Das einzige was ok war, waren die Cornflakes und die hartgekochten Eier.
In dieser Kette buchen ich nie wieder!

Cons:

Café da manhã péssimo!
Apenas maçã e laranja como opções de frutas. Não havia queijo. Não havia bacon. Omelete e suco de laranja industrializados e horríveis.
Preço altíssimo pelo que oferece.
