Das Hotel ist stark veraltet und wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig, Teppiche und Möbel abgenutzt, Badezimmer unhygienisch. Auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit in öffentlichen Bereichen ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Leider entsprach das Hotel in keiner Weise den Bildern oder Beschreibungen online. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen!

Runtergewirtschaftete Bude, die den Preis Hype zum Fondskongress maximal ausreizt. Zu anderen Zeiten ein No Go. Beim Kongress ein notwendiges Übel.....

Das Zimmer lag in einem dunklen Flur, hatte Probleme die Tür aufzuschließen. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig, die Einrichtung im Bad uralt und teilweise kaputt. Der Besitzer fühlte sich dafür aber anscheinend nicht verantwortlich. Ich musste mir ein neues Bettlaken bringen lassen damit ich überhaupt ins Bett gehen konnte. Vom Besitzer habe ich weder eine Entschuldigung bekommen noch kam er mir im Preis entgegen. Fazit : die zweite enttäuschende Erfahrung die ich mit booking. COM gemacht habe. Eine dritte brauche ich nicht

Wir hatten drei Zimmer. 2 mit starken Raucherrückständen. Alles sanierungsbedürftige Zimmer, alte verbrauchte wenige Möbel und Vorhänge, teils kein Stuhl, kaputte oder keine Handtuchaufhänger, alte schlecht funktionierende Duschköpfe und Wasserhähne, Schimmel im Bad, teils keine funktionierende Beleuchtung, keine funktionierenden Fernseher.

Lage ok, Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung nicht gegeben, keine Empfehlung meinerseits

Die Lage war ok, der Luisenpark war mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten weg, der Wasserturm in Sichtweite, Pizzaria, Eisdiele, Bäckerei nicht weit weg und gut fußläufig erreichbar. Parkgebühren von 9-18 Uhr. Wir mussten fast nichts zahlen da wir vorher abreisten.

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer im ersten Stock.
Es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten.
Schimmel im Bad an der Wand und in der Schlafstube am Festerrand, zerfledderte Rolladenbänder, ein Rollo ging nicht runter, das schokierende für mich mit Kindern war die lose Steckdose neben dem Bett! Dann überall Staub. Verdreckter Mülleimer im Bad, das Waschbecken am Wasserhahn grün und die Wand herruntergekommen. Über der Dusche Spinnenwebe. Sauberkeit liese zu wünschen übrig. Auch von einem Altbau und günstigen Unterkünften kann man sauberkeit und Instandhaltung erwarten!. Wohlgegühlt haben wir uns nicht und waren froh das wir nur 1 Nacht gebucht hatten, sonst wären wir definitiv früher abgereist. Empfehlen kann ich die Unterkunft daher leider nicht, sorry. Und nochmal buchen auch trotz der Lage auch nicht.
Es ist kein Hotel, eher Pension - da Mietwohnungrn vorhanden sind. Sehr hellhörig und viel Türgeknalle auf dem Flur. Dieser war sehr dunkel und nucht freundlich einladend.
