Location is edge of city centre but easily walkable, and next door to High Street station. It's also close to bus route 41.

Cons:

The room temperature didn't seem to respond very well to adjusting the thermostat, despite our following the instructions, so the room was a bit warmer than was comfortable.

Pros:

The staff were professional, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and facilities were good. The shower was excellent. . Breakfast was varied and plentiful, buffet style but staff on hand to help.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like but somewhere to sit in the room would have made our stay even better. There are plenty of places to relax around the hotel.

The air conditioner was noisy when we tried to sleep and it took 2 days to get it sorted. Plus the banging of the doors early morning.
