Pros:

Location was in good area and breakfast was good, but needs more options of food, but the hotel was very clean and I liked the space of the suit .for big families is perfect. Is one of the best hotels that I stayed. Thanks for your service. In my future vacations,I would like to stay in this hotel again.👍

Cons:

Need a mirror in the shower room, and more extra towels, also extra blankets and another trash can

Not an acceptable accessible room
Pros:

The sleeping area and bathroom were very clean. The room was exceptionally large.

Cons:

As an accessible room, I expected the bathroom to be equipped with grab bars both in the toilet area and the shower. There were no grab bars anywhere in the bathroom, making it very difficult to access the toilet and taking a shower a very harrowing experience. This issue should be addressed before someone slips in the shower and is injured.
The air conditioning did not appear to be working in the lobby and breakfast area, making for an overly warm morning.

Convenient, had a room available day of arrival, nice hotel but maintenance needs to fix a few issues.
Pros:

Easy to find, room was a nice size, like the fold out couch for our party of 5.

Cons:

Parking lot awkward to pull into, lobby was warm, I think the AC must have broke because they had a fan set up but it did very little for the large space. I was glad we got down to eat breakfast early, any later and it would have been very hot in there. Shower head leaked (sprayed).

Clean & comfortable.

Cons:

Ceiling fan in bathroom had no on/ off switch so runs 24/7 too noisy. Blackout curtains would be appreciated. Breakfast doesn’t start till 6am. Something earlier would also be appreciated.

Pros:

The appearance of the building was nice.

Cons:

The AC was not working in the hallways, lobby, gym or room. My room smelled like dirty hair, it was the pillows!!
I went to gym treadmill was broken. Sign was posted.
Turn on water for morning shower cold water only. Stopped by the front desk to check out. They didn’t seem too concerned about my stay. They insisted my payment hadn’t gone through. I gave her my card and was charged for the room. I would not recommend this property. I also will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund on the second charge.

Pros:

Arrived at the end of a 10+ hour drive and expected a normal stay. Found the initial lobby and reception area to be very attractive, clean, and comfortable in ways that reminded me of larger, city style hotels. Made my reservation on mobile minutes before I walked in and the staff were very relaxed and helpful as we awaited it showing up in the computer. Check-in was straight forward and easy. My room exceeded expectations with a very comfortable bed, sofa, microwave and fridge. This is the kind of room I'd prefer when staying for multiple days to weeks but I was only staying one night. Breakfast was basic but met all my expectations. Location is easy to find and navigate in Liberal. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about my stay at this hotel.
