De sauna is niet textiel vrij, dit is zeer onhygiënisch, de mensen gaan na sauna gang met zwembroek direct in het zwembad

Room was very nice, room service was good
The suite was equipped with sauna and spa but the instructions to use was not very clear. It was rather complicated. Should be simple enough to use for relaxing
Beautiful looking hotel! The Christmas decorations were amazing. Loved the entrance hall. Staff were ok but not overly enthusiastic and friendly. I always like to see happy friendly staff greet you. The room was fabulous and had everything you needed.
I was disappointed to find the edges of the carpeted hotel room dusty. They had not been hoovered. Only the main surface of the carpet had been hoovered and I did find a couple of cobwebs and an insect/spider in the corner of the room. I like and expect a clean room. Although everything else was clean. I’m am very finicky about hotel rooms so the dust/dirt around the edges of the carpet put me off. But other than that I can’t complain. Stayed in cheaper cleaner hotels with carpets. But don’t let this put you off a very nice hotel otherwise.
