Pros:

O staff é o ponto alto desse hotel combinado com excelente infraestrutura. Nao e tão perto a pé do waterfront mas isso nao foi problema porque o transfer funciona muito bem. O café da manhã é maravilhoso!!!

Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the entire team, from the door staff/attendants to the concierge and every staff member we interacted with, welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional professionalism.

The level of service we experienced was outstanding. Every person went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable, valued, and well taken care of. The restaurant team provided exceptional service, always attentive to our needs, checking in on us regularly, and greeting us with such warmth and enthusiasm every morning.

My husband, my daughter, and I stayed for seven nights, and throughout our entire stay we were treated with such care, respect, and hospitality. We have travelled to many hotels, but we have never experienced this level of genuine service and personal attention. The staff truly made us feel special and created an experience that we will always remember.

A special thank you to Amaarah, Tiger, Nande, Jonathan, and the wonderful door staff, including Khanya, who all played a part in making our stay exceptional. I wish we could remember and mention every single person by name, because each one contributed to making our experience so beautiful.

Thank you to the entire team for your dedication, kindness, and commitment to excellence. May God bless you all abundantly for the amazing work you do. Your hospitality is a true reflection of the heart and soul of this hotel.

Cons:

We booked room 509 and 511, we had to always call to have the room temperature adjusted as it was cold..I'm sure there is a way to get guests to adjust the temperature as desired.
