Ar condicionado não funcionava bem. Tinha que pedir toda noite na recepção para ajustar e mesmo assim a temperatura na baixava de 24 graus, embora eu sempre solicitasse 20 graus. Muito ruim essa temperatura com a roupa de cama pesada de hotel.

The pool is not warm , it’s so cold that was not possible to use it.

The property was very comfortable and well staffed.

Cons:

The location is a bit out of the way for a ‘waterfront’ designation and took some getting used to traveling to and from in foot. No problem with Ubers though.

Very nice hotel in an industrial location, not on the Waterfront

Fabulous breakfast! Amazing! And super friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfy, although I don't understand why in the summer they put these huge thick duvets on the beds. I woke up twice bathed in sweat and took off the soaking wet flat sheet and changed the pillows

Cons:

The location is awful. the view out front is miles of fences and behind taht miles of shopping containers. We thought we booked a hotel on the waterfront - waterfront is in the name, I assume because it sells, but we felt we were being taken for a ride. The walk to the real waterfront is a good 15-20 minutes, with a shuttle (!) once an hour (!).

Wonderful bkfst. Very attentive and helpful staff. Location is perfect too and not too far from V&A. Hotel provides shuttle to V&A. Good coffee in the room as well and very spacious room.
