Small, contemporary and comfortable
Pros:

Comfortable. Small brand new hotel, clean and surprisingly high tech. It has in the premise famous Kong Djie which prepares the best coffee of several chain cafes we have visited. Amazing.
But its smallish comes with unappetizing poor variety breakfast from inexperienced kitchen staff.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again should we return to the area.

Pros:

Das Hotel wird voraussichtlich schön sein, wenn es fertig ist. Doch das dauert noch mind. 2-3 Jahre. Stand Januar 2018 ist es eine totale Baustelle. Nur eine Etage ist für Gäste geöffnet, der Pool ist nicht benutzbar, es gibt keinen Strandzugang, überall Baustaub, und unfertige Gebäudeteile/Absperrungen. Aber gearbeitet wird auch nicht und die fertigen Zimmer schimmeln z.T. jetzt schon (daher die Vermutung, dass es noch seeeehr lange dauern wird).
Personal sehr freundlich und engagiert. Günstiges Essen im Café. Restaurant noch nicht geöffnet. In der Umgebung keine Restaurants, Geschäfte o.ä.
Fazit: das Hotel sollte noch nicht geöffnet sein oder zur Buchung angeboten werden. Und wenn, dann mit dem Vermerk, dass es sich noch in der Soft Opening Phase befindet und man kein fertiges Ferienhotel erwarten darf.
