Pros:

Great location, good sized room although the photos are very deceptive on how new and smart it looks!! Considerate that they provided earplugs for Street noise which actually wasnt that bad anyway

Cons:

Far too many stairs without a lift! And rooms need a little bit of paint and TLC

Overall the stay was amazing with a good room and fabulous location
Pros:

Location was amazing, just a 5-10min walk and there are many variety of restaurants, at night there is even a night market that sells so many local food, the place is extremely crowded at night

there is also a university park and inside they are selling the famous thai tea ChaTraMue

with a roughly 10min walk, you can reach the sky bridge which links to MBK, Siam Square, Siam Paragon, Central World, Big C, it was very covenient just alot of walking under the hot weather

the closest MRT station Hua Lamphong is roughly a 15min walk

Cons:

the place is a very tourist spot, it will be extremely crowde a certain times, most of the restaurants do not open until 11am, we woke up quite early everyday and it was hard to find breakfast around the area

Pros:

Staff were great. Room, bed and bathroom were exactly as pictured and everything worked well. The location was good for local area.

Cons:

Property was slightly further from both BTS and MRT than booking stated, but nothing major.

It was the third time that I stayed here. Always very helpful and nice staff!
The room is always very clean!
I like the location: close to skytrain, Siam mall, MBK, eateries.

C’est un endroit très calme. Avec tout à proximité, bien entendu, il faut un scooter pour se déplacer.
Pros:

L’établissement était exactement comme nous l’avons souhaité. Le personnel très gentil, très serviable. La chambre est magnifique avec une vue incroyable. Si un jour nous revenons à Koh Phangan, nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Pros:

Vraiment très accueillant à l’arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés très en avance mais le monsieur de l’accueil a été adorable et nous a gardé nos bagages gratuitement. C’est propre dans les chambres et très bien placé. Je recommande fortement.
