BB Angkor Green Resort

Vi havde valgt stedet, da beskrivelsen og billederne beskrev et meget børnevenligt sted. Vi var afsted med et barn på 3,5 år, som havde set billederne, så skuffelsen var stor, da vi ankom. Der var en fin pool, med en masse vand, der sprøjtede med ret meget tryk og den viste spa og sauna var forsømt og kunne ikke benyttes og sidst, men ikke mindst, så var der ingen legeplads. Den var ikke-eksisterende.
En lidt ærgerlig oplevelse, da stedet ligger 6 km udenfor byen midt i ingenting.

The beds had blood stains.
When I went to the reception there was nobody there. After half an hour I tried to message and call staff. Response took half an hour.
We got “new” bed linnen that had no blood stains, but other stains. Under the bed there was trash. In the fridge were opened water bottles.
The breakfast was really bad compared to other places we have been to in Asia.
We booked for a week but left after the first night.

The taxi driver told us that some hotels didn’t recover after Covid. But this is also bad management, and just a horrible place to stay.

For something that advertises as a resort. Maybe a resort in the 19th century.

Isolated. Nothing to do in area.

It is a quiet place to relax and enjoy the amenities, close to Angkor Wat and downtown. I had a great time and will book again. I order everything on my phone, food, tuk-tuk transportation, and tickets. Fast Internet, kitchen, and plenty of space.

This Resort is so beatiful and quietly place!
Manager and staff was kindly and good parson.
They are everytime take care for us :)
My family loved this hotel. Next time we will stay more long time!
Location is not so far from middle of city.
There have hotel driver, so safety and driver is friendly too.
Room is so big! Our kids happy to stay room and waterslide pool.
We wake up early morning, we can walk in hotel area so beatiful green garden.

This is a warning to all foreingers.
All the prescriptions of the hotel about location / quality / food etc...is a lie.
The management is descrace, the food a shame for any hotel, the staff uneducated, lazy and not trust worthy, the location 9 km from town very hard to find. The hotel has NO security cameras and no protection.
The own people there robbed us meaning steal lot od money out of the safe box in the room. The hotel management dud nothing to help. I called the police and they seem to be friends with them too. I don't recommend any tourist to go there because you are not safe.

Rooms are big, clean and beautiful. But the hotel is far from airport and downtown

Gut war:
-die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und gaben sich mühe
-Sie haben einen guten Tuktukfahrer
-es waren einige tuktukfahrten und ein Flughafentransfer inklusive.

Schlecht war:
-Wir waren die enzigen Gäste, da der neue Flughafen auf der anderen Seite der Statt eröffnet hat, läuft es nicht mehr…
-Es war nicht sauber (Spinnenweben und dreck unter dem Bett)
-Wihrlpool war nicht in betrieb und sehr dreckig
-Das Essen ging sehr lange und war eher schlecht
-Es ging ca. 25Minuten, bis sie die Zahlung mit der Kreditkarte verarbeitet haben.

Wir gehen sicher nicht mehr.
Die Preis/Leistung stimmt gar nicht.

We were a family with two kids (10 and 7) and the staff made an extra effort to make everyone feel comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay, very relaxing, great facilities and the hospitality was amazing!

This is a beautiful hotel, with nice facilities for families: Pool with slides and children toys, pool bad, Spa, children play room, gym and veeeery spacious accomodations.

The staff was extremely nice and hepful, always with a smile.

The cons: breakfast very limited and a bit far from the city center (Always tuk tuk and free shuttle available if you want to go though). Also the area is very dusty in dry season, so the rooms were not squeakly-clean, but it is not really their fault, as all of Siem Reap is basically covered in dust.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay bakc if we have the chance.

Really nice hotel. It’s clean, comfy, nice big bedrooms but it’s the staff that really make this hotel, they are wonderful.

We checked into the presidential suite and it was fantastic. Considering the price we had a bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom.

The staff at this hotel are great, they are so friendly and always happy to help. The team on the front desk do an amazing job of meet and greet and the girl who makes the cocktails does a better job than someone working in London. Happy hour sees you get a fantastic cocktail for $2 between 2 and 5. The food at the hotel is also good and reasonably priced.

This is a very family friendly hotel, so if you’re wanting a romantic get away, this won’t be for you.

The Hotel was very good! The suite we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with several meals to choose from. Our only complaint was that the room advertised a jetted tub. According to the staff, there are no jetted tubs. There is a common area jacuzzi though.

We loved this hotel . The stuff was very helpful, kind and friendly . They picked us from the airport for free. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is amazing! Our kids loved the water playground. There is also a bar overlooking the pool, so we were enjoying our drinks while watching kids play. There is also another playground, jaccuzi, sauna., very good restaurant. The place is a little bit out of town and we loved it because it was quiet, however it is still very nearby . We were using grab ( Asian uber) and it cost us 2-3 USD to the city center We never had a problem with finding the place.

This was my 12th visit to Siem Reap and my 3rd time staying at BB Angkor Green Resort. I enjoy staying and this resort because it is 10-15 min outside of the busy town. It also has large spacious rooms. The pool area is great for families with children. What I like most about the resort is the staff. All of them are exceptional and go above and beyond. It was a pleasure getting to know Lipai this visit. He was always available to answer questions and provide assistance. I am looking forward to my next visit in July.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at BB Angkor Green. Restaurant was good for complimentary buffet breakfast. We were close to the temples and to downtown. Everyone at front desk made it easy for check in. Lipai showed us to our room and shared how things worked in room. Laundry was sent out in morning and received back the same afternoon. We loved our stay!

Wonderful service, very friendly staff that go out of their way to tend to you. One nice assistant Leipay even drove out near midnight to pick up things for us. Another driver named Choum even with a flat tyre made sure we got to where we needed to go. Choum was kind enough to drink with us on one of his few days off. Introducing us to his friends. WOW what an experience am truly humbled and grateful to Choum. Who made my trip to Cambodia feel so real giving me memories I will never forget in my life.

Thank you BB Green resort for the beautiful facilities and an even bigger thank you to the staff and Choum for showing us such kindness.

Had a great stay at this resort! It's a beautiful place, with great resources (e.g the gym and jacuzzi). The best part however the service from the staff here, particularly Ta Pai the receptionist and our driver Choum, who went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay for this vacation. Love the humongous room; very clean and humble staff. Affordable price; quiet and kids friendly and awesome environment. Will stay again next vacation...
