Pros:

I stayed at Expressionz KLCC by Wodages from August 13 to September 1, and the biggest issue was housekeeping. Despite repeated requests, my room was only cleaned twice during the entire stay. I had to constantly follow up through messages just to get basic cleaning done, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Housekeeping should be scheduled regularly and not left for guests to chase after.

The property itself is fine, but the poor service and lack of responsiveness completely ruined the experience. Definitely not worth it if you expect proper hotel standards

Pros:

What I didn’t like in this hotel is Very bad service when requesting toiletries, we need to message to request.also they take long time to reply back. It’s like begging for toilet paper. Also on the first day we arrive the aircon was leaking water, room was clean only one time (no house keeping. Rubbish are filed up. Night shift front desk only available till midnight.

Séjour horrible, chambre avec une odeur y qui sort de la machine ou de la tuyauterie. mur à moitié cassé moisie, clim qui ne marche pas linge de salle de bain sal. Accueil horrible, personne ne vous prend en charge et ne vous explique le fonctionnement personnel, mal accueillant. Extrêmement déçu de cet hôtel à fuir.

Ok. But probably would not stay again
Pros:

The toilet water hose had a leak upstairs washroom. The electrical outlets weren’t allowing my portable charging station any power. They may be some issues with power. The washing mashing is a dual dryer which doesn’t dry properly. Netflix or other streaming apps doesn’t work on their projector (not important but still relevant)

Pros:

Check-in at night with a baby, the staff tell me to pay 3000, I already payed the room, the sheets was dirty, the staff could not call a cab, sneaky attitude. The hotel area is fine but the rest is on a very low level. I booked 5 nights - I stayed 3 and never come back.

Pros:

Room was clean and beautiful except small area of wallpaper peel off. Toilet has a smell but overall still acceptable. Disappointment with very late notice that the swimming pool is chargeable with a RM30 fee and limited entry. same thing for parking. Suggest these should indicate in Expedia website.

Pros:

Suite incroyable avec une magnifique vue sur la ville. Supers equipements mais qui meriteraient une explication. La piscine au sommet de l'hotel est payante ce qui n'est pas forcément explicite. Gros point noir sur le check out où nous avons du insister pour payer la chambre ?!

Better options elsewhere
Pros:

- Booked the hotel with 1 King size bed but ended with 2 super single beds combined together.
- The TV was low, making us unable to watch it while lying on the bed
- Wifi is slow and unstable
- Water pressure is low and the water drainage is slow, making shower water fill up in the shower floor
- Door bell outside is confusing, people mistakenly pressed our unit's bell several times
- You can hear clearly when the neighbour next door opens and closes their door
- The worst is the parking. We need to go up about 14 ramps (8th floor) to our parking. Wasting a lot of time and petrol just to return and leave the hotel

カウンターのスタッフさんが優しかったです！拙い英語でもちゃんと会話ができたり、説明を受けたにもかかわらず部屋がどこかわからないと言うと、部屋の前まで案内してくれたりと外国のわりにとても親切だなぁと感じました。またロビーでタクシーを待っている時にカウンターのスタッフが一緒に写真を撮ろうと誘ってきてくれたり、和やかな雰囲気でした ^^
少し残念だったのはプールです。インフィニティプール目当てでこのホテルにしましたが、トップ写真ではツインタワーらしきものが見えたのに、実際にはツインタワーは逆側で田舎っぽい風景が広がっていました笑
でも部屋も綺麗で広く、総合的に大満足です！また泊まりたいと思ってます！

クリーニングをお願いしたがされていなかった点以外は本当に良かった。かなり部屋も広く長期滞在には最高な部屋であった。プールも警備されていて安心安全で宿泊できた。非常に良い。

Pros:

One of the worst experience.
Book for 4 Adults room but only came up with 1 Double bed and 1 single bed.
The bed and sofa is so dirty !.
The toilet is so smelly !
Don't even provide TOILET PAPER!
WIFI is not working.
Delay the check in time to 4:30pm !
Management of the whole unit is BAD !

The room that i've been giving is very nice, clean, privacy granted, calm very suitable for me to enjoy my reading.
What i don't like is a smelly pillow but once i asked the staff to get a change it was smoothly done by the staff in team and also the quick and promptly help by the team staff to give me affordable room when i've missighted my checkout for my departure. Im very grateful toward them. Its my pleasure to have my vacation to stay at Expressionz proferssional suite (Exsim) and will do the same in my next visit to kuala lumpur.
