Las instalaciones, equipación. La habitación muy amplia y muy limpia. Todo perfecto.
El apartamento dispone de cocina completa y una buena ducha.
En la planta baja hay cuarto de limpieza de ropa con lavadoras y secadoras. Disponible también detergente. No se paga ningún suplemento por el servicio.

Cons:

Hay una obra en las inmediaciones y por la mañana se oye algo de ruido más de lo normal.

Charging $60 a night for having a pet when we stayed five nights and they did nothing else additional to cleaning the rooms per day a little bit over the top for charging an extra $300 for tthe whole stay

Great location if you're a wealthy back-packer who could not care.

My suite was not well presented - scuffed walls, human and possibly dog hair on the bed and in the bathroom, dirty floors and generally well worn-out.
No Wi-Fi, coffee and milk not replaced each day and I had to wash my own dishes!

Excellent stay with amazing close proximity to St. Kilda and the City.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness and privacy of the rooms. The apartment building was close to trams, which helped us avoid travelling by car into the city and to some nearby cafes. The receptionist were very helpful and provided us with good suggestions for cafes.

Cons:

Just a tiny problem with the view, as it is completely blocked, but I understand because of the location and nearby buildings it is not possible.
