The best!
Our second stay and both times the friendly staff and property offerings have been excellent for our family. We like that the property is in a quieter, peaceful setting up against a striking cliff. The pool area is perfect with varying depths for different age groups and the breakfast buffet offers something a bit different each day.

Incredible place and staff. They were very attentive and took very good care of us. The location is perfect! Within walking distance or a short ride of the busier area of Ao Nong Beach, but tucked away next to the beautiful cliffs so you don’t feel close to the hustle and bustle. I’d highly recommend staying here!
Scene Cliff View was absolutely breathtaking. The view was unreal, and the location was perfect—close enough to walk to everything, but far enough from the noise to actually relax. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. I’ve been telling everyone about this place, and there’s no question we’ll be back next time we’re in Krabi!

It's a very nice hotel in a beautiful location with a stunning view of the cliff. The pool is big and easily accessible from the villas. However, there weren't enough loungers and parasols for all the guests. The grounds seem to be well maintained and looked after. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the service and staff with the exception of Thomas who went above and beyond to help and offer advice.
Our villa was quite big and spacious. The bed was big but the mattresses very firm and not that comfortable. The bathroom smelled of sewer and the water pressure was terrible.
We were given only 1 key to access the room and use it in the power slot which meant we couldn't leave the outside light on in the evening. We didn’t get a 2nd key until we complained that my husband tripped on the step innfrom of the villa because it's so dark.
Situated in a quiet area - a 7 min walk from the main road to Ao Nang beach.
Villa amenities include fridge, electric kettle, cable, a beach bag with mat, sun umbrella and slippers.
Clean toilets without the smell or drainage issues that pop up on most property reviews.
Good spread at Breakfast -- strawberry yogurt is a must.
The two rooms situated a the edge of the pool area do not have their own beach beds.
Drop and pickup service to Ao Nang at fixed times is convenient.
Pretty property built into the side of the cliff. Very quiet and removed from the main roads. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle but they run a regular schedule to the beach area. Amenities were nice but if we returned, we would book a poolside room. We felt like we were intruding on other guests to access the pool. Kids loved feeding the koi in the lobby and we appreciated the quality beach towels, beach bags and mats for guest use!
A little off the main drag, but very friendly staff nice looking place beautiful pool although the water was cold would definitely stay here again

All I can say is that the staff was excellent and attentive
All the people we have come across in Thailand are friendly - however, the staff at The Scene Cliff were exceptional, the nicest people. the hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool and all facilities are great.
It is a 20 minute walk to the beach, however shuttles down and back are free at set times which is super easy, but actually the walk is very manageable with lots of distraction on the way
Would I recommend this hotel? Without hesitation.

We chose this place because it was slightly away from the hustle and bustle business of the main Ao Nang strip and it was worth it! We still had easy walkable access to everything the town has to offer or we were able to get a taxi service to take us further out if we needed. Shuttle services are available as well. Breakfast every morning was great. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff goes above & beyond. Book here you will not be disappointed.
We stayed here for 2 weeks. It’s a beautiful property within walking distance of most amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Im very disappointed in the "bait and switch" I received from this property. I booked a two room suite in October for 4 people. In December I modified my booking for only 3 people since our number had changed. Expedia sent me a new booking which was $300 more. I called Expedia twice before arriving at the hotel. They said it was out of their hands and the hotels discretion. When i arrived I spoke to the manager, showing the original price i was promised. She said since it was canceled and rebooked, i had to pay the highest price. I explained that i hadn't canceled just simply changed number of guests to a lower number. She wouldn't honor our original price.
Ironically i heard another couple arguing about a similar situation. What a scam. Its a shame because it's a beautiful place.
