Pros:

Freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit guter Preis.

Cons:

Gewöhnungsbedürftiger Hoteleingang und Lobby.
Bahn fährt alle 20 Minuten quasi durchs Zimmer. Lage des Hotels direkt unterhalb der vielbefahrenen Zugbrücke. Ohne Hoerschutz kaum Schlaf.

Sauber, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Check In und Out Prozess einfach. Die Lage ist nicht allzuweit vom Bahnhof Hamm entfernt. Nach dem Problem mit dem Zimmertürschloss bekam ich anstelle des gebuchten Einzelzimmers ein Doppelbettzimmer.

Cons:

Auf Hinweise bei Problemen, waren die schon bekannt wurden aber erneut dem Hausmeister mitgeteilt. Siehe Beispiel: Türschloss
