Ignored Requests and Huge Bugs Found Twice , 발견된 대형 벌레

객실 위생 상태와 관리가 매우 심각합니다. 투숙하는 동안 큰 벌레가 두 차례나 나왔습니다.침구류를 비롯한 객실 내부 시설의 손상이 심각해서 머무는 내내 몹시 불쾌했습니다.첫 번째 벌레가 나온 후 룸서비스와 청소를 특별히 더 꼼꼼하게 해달라고 강력히 요청했습니다. 하지만 제 요청이 무색하게도 추가로 벌레가 또 나왔습니다.부킹닷컴을 오랫동안 이용하면서 이런 최악의 경험은 정말 처음입니다. 고객의 요청을 전혀 반영하지 않는 서비스 태도와 방역 상태는 반드시 개선되어야 합니다.
The hygiene and maintenance of the room are deeply concerning. Huge bugs appeared in the room on two separate occasions.The bedding and other amenities were severely damaged, making the entire stay highly uncomfortable.After the first bug appeared, I specifically and strictly requested a thorough room service and cleaning. Despite my urgent request, more bugs appeared afterward.I have been using Booking.com for a long time, and I have never experienced anything this terrible. The property seriously needs to improve its pest control and its unresponsive attitude toward guest requests.
房间的卫生状况和管理存在极其严重的问题。在入住期间，房间里竟然先后两次出现了很大的虫子。床品等客房设施破损严重，导致整个住宿体验让人非常不舒服。第一次发现虫子后，我特意郑重地要求过务必仔细做一遍客房服务和彻底清洁。然而，客房并没有认真对待我的要求，之后竟然又出现了虫子。我使用Booking.com这么久，还是第一次遇到如此糟糕的情况。住宿方对待住客诉求的冷漠态度以及极其差劲的防疫消杀工作，必须彻底改进。

Pros:

Das hauseigene Onsen ist genial. Die Lage ist unschlagbar- direkt an der Haltestelle Yodabashi (man kommt überall hin). Das Personal war sehr nett. Kaffee gab es kostenlos.

Cons:

Die Mikrowelle zum Erhitzen der bekannten Boxen zB. Aus dem 7Eleven war leider nicht im Erdgeschoss, wo sich aber der Essensraum befindet.

可もなく不可もなく…せっかく良い点がたくさんあるのに気になる点で打ち消されてしまうのが残念
Pros:

大浴場があったこと。
スタッフの方が皆さん感じが良くて親切だったこと。
お部屋にペットボトルのお水が用意されていたこと。
まくらバーがあって好みの枕を選べたので翌朝頭痛にならずに済んだこと。(枕が変わると翌朝ひどい頭痛を起こす体質のため)
朝食のご飯が普通のご飯だけでなくとうもろこしご飯も用意されていたのと手作りのミックスジュースがメチャメチャ美味しくてお腹いっぱいでなかったら何杯でもおかわりしたいくらいだったこと。

Cons:

お値打ち価格のプランを選んだので仕方ないのかもしれませんが4階のお部屋で窓からは向かいの建物しか見えなかったこと。
もっと景観の良いお部屋だったらよかった。
お部屋に余裕があるならグレードアップの配慮がほしかった。
もう1点はホテル側の問題ではないのですが、できるだけ人がいない時間に大浴場を利用したくて夜中12時過ぎてから大浴場に行ったところ中国人らしき人たちが広くもない脱衣場でずっと会話をしていて何だか落ち着けませんでした。脱衣場を談話室がわりにしないで入浴を済ませたらさっさとお部屋に戻ってほしかった。

직원분들은 매우 친절하고 편안하게 대해 줍니다. 시설 좋은 편이고 방도 큼지막하고 에어컨 깨끗해서 냄새 안 나 포근하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

무인 체크인 시스템 자체는 좋았지만 단기 체크인을 시도하면 오후 3시까지 밀릴 수 있고 그 전에 체크인을 하기 위해서 시간당 1000엔 이 추가되는 구조입니다. 가급적 전날에 체크인해서 딱 맞는 시간에 체크인 신청을 해야 됩니다. 체크인시간 이후에도 천엔씩 올라갑니다.
방 자체도 깨끗한 편이었지만 왜 그런지 먼지가 의외로 많았습니다.
