Pros:

The size, location and cleanliness of the apartment was great. Also had a balcony. Would definately recommend it to others. Staff were also very helpful.

חניה טובה. הצוות אדיב ושירותי.המקום נראה חדש יפה רחב ונקי.הסוויטה הייתה וואו ממבט ראשון. מזגן מעולה. מקרר גדול ומטבח מאובזר.מיקום טוב.
ארוחת בוקר טובה

Cons:

רק מקלחון אחד בכל הסוויטה.
שקע חשמל לא עבד במטבח.
יש מזגן בכל חדר אבל רק שלט אחד לכולם.
יש מכונת קפה אבל קפסולות בתשלום.
ריח של ביוב מהכיור במטבח.
כל הביובים היו סתומים, במקלחת ובכיורים.
מים מהניאגרה באחד מחדרי השירותים נזלו באופן תמידי ולמעשה יכולנו להשתמש רק בשירותים אחד.
חלק מהדברים היו נראים כלא גמורים: בארונות הסטופרים היו לא מותקנים וזרוקים בארון, במעקה המרפסת כיסוי הניקל התפרק ובלט בזווית, חיפוי הקירות החיצונים שבור.
