Hotel no apto para familias
Pros:

Hotel limpio.

Cons:

Un hotel con bar no apto para familias, la habitación muy pequeña sin closet, puerta de vidrio en el baño. Me sentí en una cárcel al dormir. Ambiente pesado de rumba en recepción. Cobran 80 dólares de depósito. Muy costoso para lo que realmente ofrecen. No volvería.

La ubicación es altamente favorable, con fácil acceso a pie al National Mall. Además, cuenta con una estación de metro a pocas cuadras, lo que facilita la movilidad en la ciudad. En sus alrededores se encuentran opciones como Tatte, una cafetería ideal para disfrutar de un buen desayuno.

Cons:

El servicio en el Lobby-Bar resulta demorado, debido a que una sola persona atiende el volumen de clientes. Asimismo, las instrucciones para el acceso al wifi en las habitaciones no fueron suficientemente claras. Finalmente, las habitaciones podrían contar con una mejor iluminación.

I was really upset regarding during my check-in process. I was given a different room, bunk bed, instead of what I have reserved through booking. The staff told me that since my booking was made made through 3rd party, the hotel will not take that consideration. The guy told me that I would get re-emberssed by 100$ after checking out. When I checked out, I was told that I was promised it was not right and I would not get any re-emberessment. I tried to contact booking and claim a complaint, and I have not heard any feedback yet. For sure, I will not go to that hotel again.
