Clean and beds were comfy
Upon checking we were given a room that was already occupied. I had requested 2 queen beds, the reassigned room was a king with a sofa bed, not impressed but too tired to go back down. Got some food from their little convenience area and that desk clerk couldn’t figure out the cost with a calculator and a phone so finally got tired of it and paid more than I should have and left. Also seeing a $20 charge on my credit card and not sure why.

The staff at the front desk and the bistro were exceptional.
I have a son with Down Syndrome who needs to be near me. I made the mistake of booking the hotel through bookings.com and reserved 2 rooms. I asked for a King and 2 Queens with adjoining rooms. Nobody reached out to tell me the hotel did not have that setup and they had no availability with any adjoining rooms. Why would you have 2 separate King rooms adjoining in your hotel. This was not a family friendly hotel

I stayed one night at the Courtyard near Sanford Hospital while visiting my godson, who was born prematurely. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I appreciated the bright lighting and multiple mirrors since good lighting is important for my vision.
There were many kids in the hotel for what seemed like a hockey event, and they were loud in the halls until around 10 p.m., which made it difficult to rest. I had to turn the TV up quite a bit to drown out the noise. Despite that, the staff were very friendly, and the woman at the Starbucks counter made me a great hot drink.
I do plan to stay again, as my godson will be in the hospital until about June. Hopefully my next visit will be quieter.

Clean and comfortable; only downside for us was no freezer (in mini fridge) for our ice pack, resorted to ice. Highly recommended, will stay again.
