Pros:

We got the Mini-Bungalow. For one night that we needed it was perfectly ok considering the price. It's 24/7 automated. We checked in very late (2-3 A.M.), and the check-in machine had some issues, but I called the number and they resolved everything in just 2-3 minutes. I think for the price and what it is, it's a good solution. Just a place to sleep and go the next day. Seems reasonable.

It is NOT the place to go to rest and move on!
Pros:

I had the chance to meet perhaps the best customer service assistant in the person of a young lady that I will ever meet. She acted calmly, professionally. Bravo!

Cons:

The self check-in machine is not working. It doesn't have enough information fields. You have to call customer support! It turns out that they can't help you right away either because these machines don't work very well.

After two hours of waiting for the room to heat up, I had to contact customer support again to be able to move to another room with a functional heating system.
