Nice promendade along the river.

Room wasn’t ready before 3:00 pm even though the front desk said it was vacant. We watched other guests receive immediate access before 3:00. Dirty torn faded carpet with wet spots. Refrigerator door was open on arrival. Shower floor extremely slippery and hazardous. No wash cloths available. Loud music and pounding noise from the fitness center a floor below awakened us in early morning.

We had a room on the 8th floor which was the quietest I've ever had.

Tout était parfait ! Nous avions réservé deux chambres communicantes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner et dîner délicieux.

Hotel, Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr stylisch, aber Frühstück im 5. Stock passte nicht zum Konzept. Service beim Frühstück mangelhaft und Frühstück selbst ausbaufähig. Lage ist top und Innenstadt mit dem Fahrrad hervorragend in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Unseren Camper durften wir neben dem Hotel hinter einem verschlossenen Tor abstellen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir waren bis auf das Frühstück mit allem mehr als zufrieden und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Great location and entertainment friendly hotel where ecology and sustainability met my expectations.
Very compatible staff who are passionate to help clients at their very best. Space, amenities and great food at the restaurant bar were the highlights.
Definitely would recommend to the traveler's.

Walking area

Camera superior spaziosa, letti comodissimi. In un’area di nuova ristrutturazione vicino al Museo del Vino ed ad una darsena con locali e ristoranti. Parcheggio interno.

Excellent accueil digne d’un 5* comme d’habitude ! Nous avons séjourné au Radisson Blu pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage et nous avons passé un moment mémorable grace a toute l’équipe et surtout un spécial MERCI à Maria la Responsable Hébergement pour sa petite attention à notre arrivée 😊

This hotel was great. A few bugs trying to figure out the parking garage but the staff was super helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was our favorite place every evening with wonderful views of the German submarine pens and the Cite de Vin. We drove the first 2 days to city center but walked along the water to Cite du Vin and found the tram station. So much easier to take the tram. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also on the deck and the food was much better than I expected and the customizable coffee machines made my mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Parfait

good location, relatively new property but could be better maintained includinng lobby, hallway, parking lot. Things were falling apart and the property could be outdated quicker than supposed to be.
