Unfortunately, our experience with this property was disappointing, mainly because of the staff's lack of flexibility and customer service.

Before booking, I contacted the hotel to ask if three people could use a room for only 1–1.5 hours to shower and change clothes. Instead of offering any possible solution or alternative, I received only very short, unhelpful replies. In the end, I had to book a single room for the full night, even though it was only used for about an hour. Despite paying the full room rate, the hotel insisted that only the registered guest could enter the room, so the other two people were not even allowed to shower or change. We found this extremely inflexible and disappointing.

There was also no information about where to check in. My partner waited at the reception of this hotel for several minutes before another guest informed him that check-in was actually at the neighboring hotel. Considering there were three receptionists there, it is hard to understand why there was nobody at the reception of this property or at least a clear sign directing guests where to go.

Finally, my partner was not shown to the room, and the room door could not be locked from the inside. After several unsuccessful attempts to figure it out, he had to take a shower with the door unlocked. In addition, the room was not as clean as expected.

Overall, the biggest disappointment was not the room itself, but the lack of helpfulness and attention to guests. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt - VIELEN DANK nochmal dafür

Zuerst einmal VIELEN DANK für alles - besonders an das Personal - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - die Zimmer sind richtig schön und die Betten sehr bequem - die Dusche ein Traum - die Lage mehr als perfekt - zum Strand ist es nicht weit - sehr gute Lage - Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefüllt - VIELEN LIEBEN DANK nochmal dafür

sehr saubere Zimmer, vor allem das Bad

großes Frühstücksbuffet im Nachbarhotel Diana mit dunklem Brot, Käse, Ei und dennoch riesige Auswahl an Süßem, wie man es für Italien gewohnt ist

Lage sehr zentral

Cons:

Teppichboden am Zimmer

Klimaanlage praktisch wertlos, dementsprechend sehr heiß in der Nacht (zu laut, um sie nächtens laufen zu lassen und außerdem kaum Kühleffekt)

sehr kleine beengte Zimmer

altes Hotel, sehr laut durch die Straße aber auch durch andere Gäste am Gang, in den Zimmern und die halbe Nacht ein piepsender Lift vor der Zimmertür (deshalb auch kein nächtliches Lüften möglich, um Temperatur erträglich zu machen)

Getränke beim Frühstück aus Automaten, Wasser schmeckt nach Chlor

Bettwäsche und Handtücher am Zimmer extrem stark riechend aufgrund parfümiertem Waschpulver oder Weichspüler

getrennte Betten statt Doppelbett - war schwer mit Kleinkind in der Mitte

keine Antwort via E-Mail bei Anfrage nach Parkplatz, vor Ort keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe

Nagyon jo elhelyezkedes, jo reggeli, kellemes kis hotel, ar ertek aranyban nekem kituno volt, de nem luxus

Grado, una piacevole sorpresa!
Pros:

Camera nello standard, tranquilla e pulita, forse la doccia è in una posizione un po' sacrificata, ma la posizione della camera è centrale e comoda per la spiaggia e per le camminate nel paese.
Quindi tutto ok.
