The car park is very small and is tricky to get in to when busy, but appreciated that it was free for guests.

Nice enough but overpriced.
Pros:

Really good central location. Modern, fresh decor, nice bathroom.

Cons:

I booked a double room a while before travel, priced at £150 for the night. Then a week before, I got an email inviting me to "upgrade" to a room with a private bathroom for an extra £30. Horrified that we evidently nearly had a shared bathroom, I paid the extra. After we had checked out, I had to go in search of a Receptionist to give us access to the room where we had stored our luggage. I visited every floor of the hotel and to my surprise, every floor, every room, is identical. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms anyway. I feel a bit ripped off.
